The property needs an renovation, the bathrooms had a bad smell with paint chipping of in places.

All are good but they dnt serve Nonveg food , not even boiled egg for kid

Superb location at the bend of River Ganga. The Ganges view apartment had a great view of River Ganga. The staff was very helpful. The housekeeping team is very good. The restaurants - Latitude and Patio are good. Latitude offers buffet meals and we had our breakfast there. Patio offers alacarte fine dinning and we had our Lunch and Dinner at Patio. The service at Patio was greatly enhanced by the excellent staff. We were fortunate to be served by Ms. Kanika who is highly customer-centric and a great person.

We had booked for a Ganges view apartment. Initially we were offered an apartment on Level 6 and the view of River Ganga from that apartment was partially blocked. We protested and then we were offered a better apartment on Level 7 that had a great view.

The hotel is situated on a small hillock, over-looking the Ganges as it takes a turn between two hills, providing a spectacular view from the center of the hotel. We reached around 2pm, and were warmly greeted with a "tilak" and a "Rudraksh Mala" (Rosary) symbolising the traditional welcome. The valet parking was really useful, as there were 3-4 guests checking in/out around the same time. Check-in was smooth, and we were ushered into our single room apartment, which was overlooking the mountains. The apartment was spacious, with a small drawing room, kitchenette, and a cosy bed room. The linen was crisp and bed very comfortable. After a quick lunch, we explored the Hotel premises, and were informed about Ganga Arati at 6 pm followed by a Cultural program for an hour. Both were organised very well, and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel takes pride in providing exquisite vegetarian meals with ample choice and warm hospitality. Breakfast was fabulous, with ample choice of mainly Indian items and prompt service. We checked out after an enjoyable one night stay, and great memories.

The only flip side was lack of Gym/Fitness Center, which ought to be there in a 4 star property, not withstanding the fact that they were organising Yoga classes in the morning (6.30 am to 7.30am). Similarly, the check-out process could have been faster, and well co-ordinated with Valet parking for a seamless experience.

Nice location and good food.

Initially was allocated an apartment that was far flung from the main building block with dusty, unkept corridors, damp worn out washroom. Had to ask for a change. Allotted a renovated one later. Aloha on the Ganges is a housing society partially managed by Leisure group. It is not a hotel. You walk through the corridors with locked apartments.

The hotel was nicely refurbished but it was a mix of privately owned apartments and the hotel.. so guests were not just hotel guests..the hotel staff were superb, very caring and patiently managed our needs. The pool ould be cleaner..water is not warm. The only other issue was with the replenishment of beverages in the room which was not done. Otherwise its a wonderful place and the stay was awesome.

A beautiful scenic landscape, I came here at a rainy winter so I could see clouds n fog touching the building. Staff is polite and professional Home like food at a very nominal rate. Due to good climate our hunger was on hype. Aarti to God Shiva between the mountains and beach made my mind full of peace for that moment

In break fast I think the variety of fruits were less, I am saying because I am a resort freak and I have experience of many national and international resorts In tapovan you won't get NON Veg or egg stuff in any resort so be prepared but you will still enjoy the home like hot food & we should respect the sacred place and avoid non veg here
