This place has exceeded all my expectations. Not only does it has an amazing view of the River and Rishikesh, the room was cozy and very well maintained. The rooms have a tea kettle, a fridge, a large glass water container to fill up water down the hall and glasses, a hair dryer, affordable room service. The manager was always available with a smile and willing to make you happy to make your stay the best it can be. The last day he took me on his scooter, to my less than 8 minutes away destination, with all my bags. Thank you! As a solo woman traveler I wanted a place to decompress and have the luxury of home. It met the expectations. The was so comfortable and it has light switches next to the bed; as an American, that is important to me, another added feature which contributes to coziness. The location is a 8 minute walk to the main road in Tapovan where all the shops are, and worth it for the view. The price was exceptional for all what you get. I hope to go back.

Super comfy bed, stunning views, nice quiet location - walkable to both ram and Laxman Jula. Accommodating staff! We initially were only going to stay 2 nights but extended to 5 as we were so relaxed here and used it as our base to travel Rishikesh. Really quick room service from partner restaurant. I travelled with my 60 year old mother and we didn't find the 'hike' and issue compared to what other reviewers are saying. Someone from the hotel helped us up and down with the bags and the views are totally worth it.

Staff sometimes played loud music in the morning which disturbed peace. Hotel doesn't offer booking of activities. You have to ask for rooms to be cleaned, and we had to ask more than once sometimes. Small cockroaches appear sometimes but guess that's to do with being in nature!

The location of the property is what makes it stand out Located in lush green background and tranquil environment . Great place for adventure seekers and the young folks Rooms with balcony were great Decent size with all the basic amenities are provided in the room

Not a great place if you are visiting with senior citizen or people who have difficulty in climbing steep stairs As the route from parking till the hotel itself is a small trek (although the the staff will carry your luggage ) Even inside the hotel from reception till the rooms The through way is a bit of steep stairs which requires one to push themselves Going from parking to your room in one go is not an easy task

Very good room, well Equipped, excellent views with separate balcony. Large bed with and extra cozy window side bed available with the deluxe room. Very calm and quiet place with gentle breeze. 24 hours room service available with prompt reply. Location is very good, and the places of visit can be accessed quickly.

Main counter staff should have been truer to his words about arranging adventure activity which we have specially requested at arrival. He has been slacking off whole day and we lost good time next day due to no arrangement from their side. Ultimately, we somehow managed to get slots with some good luck. There is NO PARKING, which is opposite to what they have mentioned in website. I had to park in a private paid parking facility for entire duration of stay. The attached cafe - OASIS is too expensive and lack the expected quality of food with very limited menu.

this place has a very good feel to it. It’s not luxurious at all and you have to park at the bottom of a steep hill and climb up pathway to get there. then you have to climb steep stairs to get to the rooms. but there are beautiful views that make the climb worth it. also the staff are so helpful and nice. and I loved the room service and the chai.

there was an issue with Booking.com. I paid my deposit but the hotel didn’t revive it and canceled my reservation. they were able to accommodate me anyway but they didn’t offer to look into the issue.

I had amazing stay at this hotel during my long slow travel through India. The hotel is really comfortable, has stunning views over foothills of Himalayas and is perfectly located close to excursion and hiking points, yoga and meditation studios. Vinoy and Manish provided great customer service.

Overall the room we have was quite spacious & clean. Have all the basic necessities like AC, TV, Kettle, Hand-wash, fresh towels, body wash, toilet papers, mini fridge, office table & chair for WFH, night lamps, RO water.

I guess 2 areas to improve. Number 1 is TV was only having you tube and nothing else. Second they shall provide some more information on activities to do and places to cover nearby.

The hotel staff was very kind . I arrived early morning (before sunrise)on the day of check-in and I was so exhausted from long trip, they kindly let me use a room and I had a very good rest. Also, when I want something ,they rush to my room immediately. Highly recommend this place !

The hotel is located on the hills distant 15 minutes walk of the Main Street in Lakshman Jhula area. Because of this is very tranquil, without noise, and in the middle of nature. Our room was very comfortable with great views of the mountains.

The food from the cafe is very good, the entire hotel has a great atmosphere and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is superb. Great rooms, balconies and decks to enjoy the lovely view.
