The Breakfast was good, the team was really great in all positions such as reception, restaurant and the housekeeping as well. During my Breakfast i have enjoyed Mr. Rahul Breakfast with the service of Ms. Bhani, she has offered me a great herbal tea which helped me to recover, that was her recommendation and i really enjoyed it a lot.

I was expecting to find a handing rope in the washroom or any tools to help wet cloths to dry, when i went for swimming and returned to my room, i didnt find any tool that i can use to dry my swimsuit. it would be great if you could provide any drying tool in the room.

Everything is nice, room is comfortable and clean, staff is wonderful.

Breakfast. If you are not interested in indian food for breakfast, you have very limited options. Pastries and bread is often few days old, donuts smell odd... Restaurant in general insist on putting too much spices and vegies in everything, even in well known recipes like pasta carbonara or margarita pizza. Broccoli and peppers do not belong in alfredo or carbonara!

A Wonderfull modern and clean place in a busy building area , India in 2050 is not so far , very good restaurant , a real choice Veg or Non Veg ("Dry" as always in Gujarat) We stayed 4 nights and were the only , or it seems, foreign tourists , (this hotel is new and mainly for business men) . So Chef Ravi made us specially for us a farewell cake as a gift on our last breakfast . So good souvenir, Thanks everybody

Everyone went out of their way to be nice. Culinary Director Dwivedy arranged an excellent dinner and bowled us over with Clear Veg Soup with burnt garlic,Salt & Pepper paneer, Mushroom Samaroh,baked Gulab Jamun with Rabri .Wow must try. Breakfast Fruits could have been more as we mainly eat fruits for breakfast. Ravi was very helpful at breakfast. Dosa with Gunpowder & onions was very good.

It was a new hotel, so it was clean. The bathroom was exceptionally well, especially the shower. Our room had both hand-held shower and overhead rain shower. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and comfortable, one would not hesitate to get in it. The staff was at times very prompt and at other times would not show up. The lady staff, especially those receiving the room-service calls in the evening shift were very prompt, sensible, and mindful. Over all, I would book again and recommend others to stay here.

There weren't things that I would say that I did not like. But, at that moment it was a bit off putting. - I was travelling with my mother, but had stated a double bed as my preference during the prebooking. Instead of two single beds. At the reception, during the check in I was told they only have rooms with separate beds available. - The bathroom door would not lock, and I had told them multiple times. One of the overly enthusiastic male staff members assured multiple times that it will be fixed but it wasn't in the course of 4 nights.

I definitely enjoyed lavish breakfast and dinners.Excellent desserts.

No air conditioning in the room at check in, we had wait for engineers to fix it. refrigerator was not working. It took five hours to replace it after demanding to speak with the manager, it very poor service from reception staff.

Good location. All the staff were friendly. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. They looked after us very well.

They do not use local taxi service to book travel from Vadodra to Statue of Unity. Hence the price is very high.

The hotel is new, and the room was big and spacious, but the best part was the staff, two to mention. Ravi from the kitchen, which took care of me, and was amazing, and Krish from the front desk which helped me booking taxis and travel to the SOU. great food, also for the western guest.

the location is a bit out of the centre, but there are no 5 stars hotel in the centre

Superb breakfast - lots of options including Gujarati cuisine. We had lunch at the hotel twice - a variety of options and food was amazing The room was very spacious and clean. Staff extremely courteous and helpful.

Staff has biases against customer who book though booking.com and look down upon them like u booked through them so I got it cheap. It shouldn’t matter where I book the service should be the same.
