The guys running this place were very warm, friendly and helpful and made a lot of effort to make me feel welcome. On one of the days I feel very ill and was in bed for most of the day, Amit who helps run the place came to check up on me and made sure I had eaten etc... The place is located very close to Dasashvamedha ghat and once you work it out its very easy to use this as a base to explore the rest of Varanasi Ghats. I would definitely suggest this place

So my only gripe is that the room could do with some more shelves and table space to place personal items on. Also I found the location of the plug sockets a bit awkward - there was no surface space near the plugs to place my phone. Minor detail but this would give the rooms 10/10 if addressed.

I really like this hotel and it’s my second time staying there. The staff are helpful and charming and it’s only a few minutes walk from Dashashwamedh Ghat. Good value simple basic rooms that are clean

It’s a little complicated to find. Best to call ahead and if you contact when you’re near someone will come out and meet you which is advisable on a first visit. Don’t expect much from the tiny balcony looking at a brick wall!

Nice Indian breakfast. The room had enough space and AC worked well. The staff is very helpful and the lady who cleans the hotel with her two kids are totally adorable. The hotel is well located - 5 min walking to the river and you are in between of all interesting things.

The streets are narrow so you have to walk some 500 m to the main road in order to catch a taxi. But the positive side is that you don't hear the traffic

Location was great.Place was very close to one of main gats Dashashwamedh. Very quiet atmosphere which helps to have a restfull sleep evey night. Staff was super friendly and kind . Each time we ask for help they were weel to give us a hand. Both the gentleman and joung boy were so Humboldt and smiling all the times. Hotel so offer a simple breakfast having optione for western and Indian turist. Always look clean

Value for money and has kept the property neatly. Quite close to the central Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Mandir.

Reaching through the bylanes can put you off. If you are carrying too many luggage and/or with old people, it could be difficult to move around.

Very good place, near by ghats, near golden Kashi Vishnath Temple. The personal is very helpful, rooms are clean and good alao for europian and american people! I will come back soon! 🙏🏻

Very nice location for the price. Very close to the Ganges and Dashashwamedh Ghat. A lot of places in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and caring. They gave us recomendations and historical background of the city. Helped us to find places and made us feel like we are part of the family.

It is very near to Dashashwamedh Ghat. After doing Snan you can come to hotel room to change the clothes. Everything is very near from this place. Kashi Vishwanath Temple is also near 5 min walk. The staff is very good. Amit is very helpful. Shubham and Uncle are cooperative, they booked the Cab to Ayodhya for us.

In kv palace you come as to relatives - at first you do not expect and everything is unusual, but the cordial hospitality and the indispensable desire of the owner of the hotel to help is very nice

Sometimes there were hot water outages, but they were quickly dealt with upon request

Very friendly staff, we stay here 3 days and we were very happy with the location and with the all staff. Owner is really very helpful, every day he prepared for us the breakfast according our wish and bring it to our room. Location is close to main street, there is many restaurants and the evening ceremony is here too.
