Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged for the boat ride in evening and were always available for my elderly parents. They rooms were clean and we asked for river view rooms. Our rooms had excellent view of the ghats and we enjoyed the sun rises from the room. We requested them to arrange boat rides and guide for the temple visit. And they provided good services for those. Though if you look around you might get these for cheaper but we were traveling with elderly parents and could not look around for cheaper services. But when we later compared the prices, the hotel had provided us pretty reasonable prices. There were issues with the new geyser installations but it was sorted the next day. They provide fresh bedsheets and towels and supplies when asked at the reception, instead of everyday. Location itself makes up for all other minor issues. The people at the reception are very respectful and helpful at all times.

There was no room service and it would have helped elderly parents and people with little kids to order directly from room service.

Position is simply perfect, with a panoramic terrace on the Ghats, and the exit of the structure directly above them, 5-10 minutes walk to the main attractions. Super friendly staff, always at disposition (the manager once stops having the shower to come and help us). Breakfast in the morning with that outstanding view was simply lovely. They can arrange activities for you, and provide help at any time.

They changed us the room with a better one, but they forgot to tell us that it was just for the first night, so there was just a little bit of lack of communication, but no problem with that, and at the end, we stayed for the whole journey in the upgraded room. Cleaning may be a bit improved. Bathroom should be renewed.

The location is the highlight of this hotel. The staff was helpful. The view from the room was absolutely fabulous and hands down one of the best places to stay at the ghats at a decent price. It was neat and comfortable.

Because of its location right on the ghats, its a bit difficult to reach this place easily. There is a point beyond which taxis and rickshaws cannot take you, so you basically have to walk the last stretch to the hotel. There are steps and narrow lanes on the way. So for someone with walking difficulty or lots of luggage, it could be quite a task to reach there. The owner did arrange for a person to pick us up from the main chowk as the small lanes are almost impossible to understand, especially as we reached quite late. The place can use some renovation. The balcony is the highlight because of the view but wasn't very clean.

The property is located at chousatti ghat right on the river Ganges, the Dasaswamedh ghat is just walking distance and you can take leisurely stroll along the Bangali tola lanes whenever you wish . The staff trying hard to keep up the expectations of the guest with a smiling face . The two bell boys carried our luggage and guided us through the spiralling lanes and the room was awaiting with a small balcony just on the river . The manager Pandey ji was ever listening to all our needs . The restaurant at the rooftop has Manoj ji who took pain enough to manage cook the food as per our taste and well beyond the working hours . It was a stay well cherished.

For the price best bang for buck staying on the ghats of Varnasi as this my 3rd varnasi visit and making it a memorable experience was in choosing this accommodation on the Ghats of Varnasi!😊

If the bathroom, sheets, pillows and linens were upgraded this facility will become outstanding.

I liked the hotel on the heritage ghat and rooms on the Ganges with balcony. It is close from Kasi Biswanath temple and godalia chowk. The hotel is having na excellent rooftop restuarant with view of ganges

The hotel is not reachable by car as it is in a small alley beside the ghat

The location and watching the sure and river from the balcony is the best thing ever. You can spend hours in the balcony watching the river. The stay was good as compared to the amount. Because it is on the ghats, you can jist walk anytime towards and sit. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and good hot water facility.

The beds in the rooms are very big covering most of the room. Very less space to roam around. The restaurant food quality can be improved as compared to the prices they are charging.

The view is really good, on the banks of the ghats, location is near from dashasamed ghat. A great view of sunrise from the room.

It's a tad bit pricey given the quality of the rooms and the furniture and decoration. Given the price they should maintain it properly, otherwise it's great.

The hotel is not reachable by car and you need to walk through the alley to reach here.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s along the ghat and just a flight of stairs takes you straight to the ganges. Very close to Dashashwamedh ghat.
