One of the best places I’ve stayed in Indonesia. The building is modern, great illumination, huge buffet for breakfast, the food from the restaurant is really delicious, the staff is very attentive, polite and very accommodating. The manager Made is a sweetheart. The room is just like in the pictures, being spacious and quite new. The gym is brand new and climatized, with available water and fresh towels. The swimming pool has a good size and is clean. About location, super central, with lots of services and restaurants around.

The balcony of the room could be a little bigger, but surely hasn’t affected my stay here.

This hotel is centrally located for purposes of our meetings and visits to places of interests. Wide varieties of food are available in the vicinity. Within walking distance to popular shopping centres. Staff are very accomodative and always responsive to our special needs. Always concern about all aspects of our stay. Specific mention is Ms Sissy. Will surely choose this hotel for our future visits to Jakarta.

This has to be the location of the swimming pool. It is too exposed to incoming guests and diners at the ground floor restaurant.

Good hotel for a few days stay in Jakarta, very strategic in central Jakarta. Room was big enough with small balcony, bathroom was clean and had everything you need but a seperate shower would be nice instead of shower in the bath tub. Near shopping mall Grand Indonesia, walking distance to monas and Sarinah for enough variaty of foods. We booked including breakfast but with so many choises in the area you actually don't need to include hotel breakfast. Stayed here end of setember 2022.

Booked for 4 nights but our travelling plans changed so we decided to move 1 day earlier. We asked the front desk if it was possible to refund 1 day but according to the person at the front desk a refund was not possible.

Big room, basically double as others of the same price range. Big big bed, very comfortable matras and pillows. Strong shower pressure, decent toilet, enough place for suitcases to make them 'dissapear' instead of have it basically around you bed. Enough outside light, even in non balcony rooms, pool is so so but better then none, at least it's clean. Also, towels are provided. Nice cafe downstairs. Fitness is tiny, so hard to use when others are there. But when allow or with partner, then great. (Should basically have a schedule to apply for). The fitness gear is of good quality, surprising. Also, towels are provided and a number of airco's are installed. Didn't use sauna, but looks big enough and promising. Separate shower at fitness is a decent plus. Nice staff... However nocking door at 7 a.m. and vacuum at 8 a.m.... why?? Hotels have a basic rule, no notice before 9 or 10 somethimes.. if anyone wants room service at 7, they will call. Airco is very good, strong for the room. Remote would be little nicer, as we are used to that at basically all hotels... But no problem. We usually change hotel every 2 nights over a number of months... But decided to stay here 3 more nights. That's how good it was! Just a big, comfy, nicely ambiance room.

Couple of things miss, that are standard for a hotel: - hand shower /separate head - spare toilet paper, we arrived and it was basically empty - more hooks, barely place to hang clothing ... We bring our own these days, most hotels lack them - window open is possible at balcony rooms, on request. But in non balcony rooms they don't allow to open the window. We prefer fresh air a lot, so next time we hope to get a balcony room again, but surely without bathtub - bathtub is oke when you want it, but unpleasant to shower in. We moved away from bathtub room after 2 days... - breakfast is low class, not prepared well. When hotels sell 'western food' they basically never make it properly. Dry, hard, tasteless. For Asian breakfast.. probably 'fine'.

Love the location, in the centre of Jakarta. There are so many ecletic restaurants and street vendor around. The room is relatively bigger than expected. The food in the restaurant tasted good too, incase you're not feeling to go outside. The room is bigger than expected, cozy and have vintage vibe, which i personally love

The bed is comfy but, kinda creaky. For plus size lady like me, it's worries me when I sleep, afraid I will break it,, eventhough the bed is big enough for 2 When i was there, there was only 1 person to wait on the restaurant, which understandable, cause it was during pandemic and not many people was staying there, but since he had multiple things to do, it was a bit difficult when I needed help

No egg stall at the restaurant in breakfast time There's stove, rice cooker, pan in my room, but no plates and spoon/fork

Has a balcony great if your a smoker. comfortable bed. Walking distance to shopping areas. Quiet Hotel lots of cheat take away food close by.

Breakfast is ordinary, mainly due to COVID19 food handling requirements. Food here use to be good. All food comes covered which means toast is steamed and soggy etc.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially Tamara. A decent amount of room space and completed with a nice size of bathtub. Breakfast was delicious even though quite limited variations. But, their pineapple and dates jam was very delicious and unique.

You can hear noises in the alley and room next door. When we stay there, a bunch of people from a big family are staying next door, and we can hear their kids screaming and shouting from our rooms.

Room is big wth King size bed...got Balcony..wth Kitchenete..water dispenser wth hot..warm n cools water..got Microwave..electric stove..meduim size fridge.Breakfirst is great..

Bed i sleep on make my back pain..2 nite same even i change my sleep position..3rd day i have to use medicated plaster & Medicated oil on my back..b4 i sleep..

Spacious room.

On my extended stay, where I stayed in Deluxe Premier Room. The AC didn't work properly on my 3rd day of stay. It got fixed after approximately 3 hours after I reported it. But at night, around 22.00 it didn't work properly again. And since the next day was my last day of stay, I didn't bother to report it. Another thing I didn't like is the TV remote control. Both on Executive Premier and Deluxe Premier room where I have stayed in, their TV remote control was hard to use. I had to push the button multiple times for it to works.
