excellent room size, wonderfully comfortable bed and beautiful deep bath. I loved the little kitchen/storage area which had its own sink and mini fridge as well as large enough area to hold your bags so the bedroom and living area can stay clutter free. The entrance to the pool via your balcony area was also a lovely touch.

The internet was a bit of a pain. you constantly have to sign in again and again anytime you close down your phone/laptop/table which meant I was not getting (sometimes very urgent) messages because my phone was not connected to the internet unless I was using it.

The villa was private and the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a water leakage from a pipe on our last days and they really tried to help but was under ground. To apologize they dropped us at the airport for free saving us money and we thank them.

Their was no specific scooter parking for guests. Also their was no protection from the rain when going into the room suggest extending the eaves.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, the area was nice and quiet. The villa was exceptional. We love the garden area in the villa and surroundings, it was well kept. Not far from the airport, which is why we booked this accommodation towards the end of our Holiday, We only wished we spent more time here.Excellent size fridge in villa.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our accommodation included breakfast, which was also very good.

Nothing to fault.

The ambience is soooo lovely. Cleanliness is impeccably kept. All staff been very professional most especially the female staff. Kudos to their being so prompt and responsive.

Nothing...oh maybe the little puddle of water in the shower that took a bit too long to dry up. This didn't cause any smell but would be great if that can be fixed.

Staff were great. Room was beautiful and pool was well maintained. Close to airport.

Was difficult to walk anywhere. Difficult with small children as the living/kitchen area was near the pool and there was no door separating them.

The staff where so nice, and our villa was an oasis of calm. We loved the pool, the air con was strong, and the room was cleaned nicely every day

Location is a little tricky being on the main road. There aren't many cool places in walking distance.

The property is as amazing as advertised in pictures, everything was high end service and clean, definitely worth the money, the staff was always here to accommodate us. My daughter love it

The only issue I had was maybe the smell and humidity, but honestly we get that even in the most luxurious places so I didn’t put it on the hotel’s responsibility

Clean sheets and big pillows on a big comfortable bed. We woke to the sound of sweet birdsong, and later went to sleep to the sound of the pool waterfall. Great massage at onsite spa. The layout and design is excellent. All staff were fabulous!

Very busy road nearby so couldn't walk to supermarket. Bigger coffee cups in room would be good.

The pool in the private villa was so lovely and the staff where super helpful and friendly

Was very difficult to get across to go to the beach, would recommend getting a driver to take you or walking down to the lights which is still difficult to cross at.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool was very luxurious with each room opening directly on to it for private access. We also enjoyed use of the spa facility
