Very spacious rooms. Conveniently located on Legian beach. We wanted to do surfing and chose it as it was close to Up2You surf school. Pool is nice and so is their complimentary breakfast. Total value for money. Liked he fact that they provided drinking water (just 500 ml) in the glass bottles and not plastic bottles. However 500ml is just 2 little for 2 people for a day.

I absolutely hate it when hotels do not provide round the clock drinking water facility to guests that forces them to buy water in single use plastic bottles - its bad for health as well as environment. I made a suggestion to them to install water dispenser that can be used by guests round the clock. It doesn't cost much to the hotel but it goes long way in helping save the environment from pollution.

I like the location in Legian. Beach on one side and shopping, bars and restaurants on the other. I love the staff, they are always friendly and go above and beyond.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The place has need of renovation after 2 years of lockdown and I can see this is being worked on. The trolleys that they use for cleaning are very noisy when they go past your room - rubber wheels would make a world of difference.

Great location and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The customer service for the front desk and breakfast was super.

The pool location is central so everyone looks over the pool or sits at the bar overlooking pool. One night we ordered drinks (at the beach house bar) ask the waiter to confirm which were kids mock tails and which were cocktails, he said no these are no alcohol, and gave the cocktail to the kids (8&2 years) who drank half, then when the. Ext two drinks came we said, why does that drink look like the other and he said on no that one is a cocktail. Seriously not something you can get wrong.

Location and pool side room were perfect. Cleaning staff were quick and professional Breakfast staff were just beautiful

The bed was two large single beds pushed together. It was overly large and left no space to enter the room without banging into the bed frequently Cushioning on banana lounges could do with upgrading. No ashtrays available

Love the rooftop pool and the breakfasts are great. Good location near the beach and right in the middle of Legian with great bars, shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Considering it was so soon after Covid, the hotel did a great job after 2 years in lockdown.

Our booked airport pick up didn't turn up, and it was difficult to call the hotel as we didn't have any phone coverage. A WhatsApp link would be great for international tourists to contact the hotel when things don't go to plan. We had to get the airport lady to phone the hotel at her desk, and after speaking to who seemed like a new trainee, they hung up on us so we ended up having to get a taxi.

Fabulous location , beautiful big room. 2 pools, we used the Beach house pool which was fabulous . The staff all over the resort were lovely, very attentive . Breakfast was good . The gardens are spectacular !!! Right across the rd from the beach .

We were at the road end of the resort and the music from Fat Buddah across the rd was sooo loud !!! Played till 11-30 every night .

We stayed in a swim up pool room which was a great size but didn't receive any sun on our veranda. Breakfast was in a restaurant by the pool buffet style with egg and pancake stations. The hotel is beachfront and close to great restaurants, bike rentals, money changers and shops.

Our room didn't receive and sun and you could hear music from a restaurant across the road but not every night. The restaurant played jazz music at breakfast which we aren't fans of as prefer Balinese music which we find more relaxing. Also no fresh juice included with breakfast which I would have thought a 4star hotel would have.

Great location, lovely resort, rooms were clean. Overall friendly & comfortable.

We had a cracked tile in bathroom where smelly water would come up when stepped on, resort appears to have some structural problems as doors in all areas had dropped and not level. Sliding door when closed had big gap at top so sound & insects could get in.

I cannot fault the hotel I’m not into bigger type accommodation but I couldn’t complain about camakilla. Everything was behind expectations for Bali.

The squirrels don’t feed them, someone has clearly been feeding one previous to your stay and it bite me twice aggressively, it didn’t hurt but if I was a child I’d be scared for life. Staff handled it amazingly.
