Everything was fantastic and went smoothly. Fresh linen and water bottles each day. Every staff member was so respect and kind - nothing was a trouble. There is a review regarding a dark alley - there is security half way for the villas around & the Bali Chaya Hotel. There are street lights along the way. The desk has someone there 24 hours!Food is from 7am-11pm fyi. I cannot get over how central this hotel was but set far back to not get the craziness of the streets. We’d stay here again 100% recommend.

Breakfast is simple but nice to start the day.

Hotel is ok, cute breakfast terrace and good breakfast, many options. The room was clean, but not the toilet.

Before we got there we payed additinal for pool terrace exit. But our room has exit to restaurant area. So we must keep our blinds closed all the time because of people outside sitting. We did not want them to see inside. First four rooms are like that. Toilet was very dirty. They did not have lunch package for us when we needed to go to early tour. The path to the hotel from town is long, dirty and are no lights, so it a little bit scary.

Really really comfortable stay. Guests were respectful of others, excellent location in a quiet end of lane area and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and water temperature perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful at varying times of the day and night. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing. I was rather surprised that it was just so good and totally enjoyable. It’s very very good value for money.

What I liked,,, everything,, this hotel is so great,,, I know it's a job,, but the crew was so amazing,,, they are so attentive,,, so kind you just have to say what you want or need they'll get ur,,,

The only negative,,, the pictures need to be updated,,, if the pictures of the hotel were up to date I probably wouldn't have chose this hotel,,,, but I'm so glad I did, pictures don't do the justice of the caliber of this hotel,,, try it

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff also great and polite. Comfy rooms, good bed. Location was close to the Beach. 10 min walk. Pool was nice.

The street to the hotel from the main road is quite dark at night. Breakfast was ok, not buffet, so you get to choose from a handful of combinations. Wifi was really bad on the third floor, only was good when at the pool or at the restaurant.

the staff are amazing, Deeka is the loveliest girl and I would class as a friend now. Ariani is lovely and will help with anything, all the staff are just brilliant and want you to have the best stay possible. the location is great as it’s not noisy since it’s up an alley but as soon as you walk down you are on a strip with lots to do and only a 7 minute walk from the beach where you will get gorgeous sunsets

The location is great. Very close to beach but back from road so it is very quiet. The staff are wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Will definitely stay again. Beautiful breakfast.

Only one pillow per bed. Limited menu for breakfast. My daughter picked up a glass and it broke in her hand. We were charged $5 to replace it.

Walls in bathroom needed cleaning

The location was perfect. 2 min walk to Main Street but far away that the noise cannot be heard. staff were so friendly and kind, especially Ariani at reception. She remembered my name and treated us so kindly making sure we were always ok and that we didn’t need anything.

Bathrooms are quite small.

The friendly and accomodating staff (Ariani) who always helped with questions and enquires. Ariani was especially helpful with requests and was quick to solve them. The pool was clean & access to the entrance was quiet and peaceful.
