value for money , great location next to beach . the kitchen in apartment so could store snacks , drinks etc . staff extremely helpful and happy , very excited to have tourists back . for longer stay great to have apartment as opposed to hotel room .

Love Balinese restaurant, but it was started in restaurant from 7am extremely loud , woke us up each day . Pool too deep , no shallow areas or stairs to get out , hard for elderly people with us. with location would be great for roof top pool ( for future planning) as current pool bit small when hotel full. We couldn’t stand up in pool ( I’m 165cm). please take out a foot of water so can stand. People smoking at breakfast wasn’t pleasant.

Very comfy bed, spacious room. We initially booked Furama for access to Waka Waka kids club for our little, however even as a guest of Furama, you still need to pay for entry! Great location for the beach and shopping, Jln Arjuna is full of shops and restaurants nearby. The esplanade walk is pram friendly so great for families with babies and toddlers. Plenty of venues with AFL and sports playing for those inclined. Overall a great option for those with kids. Good pressure in the showers Staff and housekeeping were quick to respond with any requests - we asked for some furniture to be removed from our room due to an active toddler and sharp cornered coffee tables and there was no hesitation in removing it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Only a few minor points - I can appreciate that kids club is only $10, but how is it that guests of Furama still have to pay entry to the kids club? There are many hotels that offer free access to their kids club! The safety mat in the kids pool playground had come undone and had peeled over, it remained like that for 2 days while we were guests there.

room 149, door would not be able to be opened by a child or elderly person. the track needs replacing.The gap in the door closing was not flush allowing flies//insects in. fridge was very old and did not keep the food/drinks cold and had not been serviced. build up of ice. pillows smelt of sweat and again old and had not been reviewed for a long time laundrying of sheets/towels. they were not100pc dry before being used so had that damp musty smell. air conditioning also not clean and every day blew dust onto the bed. Although this is a long list, the overall experience was a good one for the family for Xmas

My wife and son's birthdays occurred during our stay, the staff helped organizing a birthday cake and muffins. The staff came out on both occasions and sang Happy Birthday in the morning at breakfast. Plus we requested a swap of rooms for an extra bathroom request which was dealt with very professionally and on the same day. The Waitress at the Pool, I think her name was Leia (?) provided a great service with a smile and came to say goodbye to us on our last morning. We had an AC issue with one of the bedrooms which was dealt with on the day with repairs occurring while we were at the pool.

We had multiple issues with the door to our apartment during our stay which was attended to, however, caused some stress. Some days towels at the pool were not available (first world problem).

The spacious rooms are well thought out and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Kids' waterpark was fantastic as you could lay directly in front and watch them. The pool is deep but was a great temperature. The location of this hotel is fantastic, beachfront and 50m walk to nearest mini mart and massage place.

The door to our room opened easily just by pushing on it even when locked. Breakfast options didn't change much day to day so got a little repetitive after a week.

Great location right across from the beach. Very reasonable pricing. We had a pool view room on the bottom floor. Gardens are beautifully kept and the workers are always busy doing things around the property. Lots of staff on to help you and take orders by the pool. The pool playground is great for kids and kept my child entertained for hours. Good kids club upstairs from 75k. Will definitely stay again.

Music from the restaurant a little too loud at night time when trying to sleep. If you had a room towards the rear of the property you wouldnt hear it though.

Our 4 year old absolutely loved the water park and indoor playground, the location is fantastic with secure atm and mini marts next door. The staff were very nice and helpful when my little one had some bad insect bites. To spend nyepi day there was magical 🥰 we wish we had booked for longer

There were broken and loose tiles at the bottom of the slide in the water park pool which we caught our feet on and hurt so could really do with replacing. Also a mouse/rat was in our room on nyepi night but staff came to check and kept checking in with us

Location was ok. room was good The bar was slow at serving beer there was only 5 people there and 3 behind the bar whoud be quicker to go to the mini mart.

The pool was one level all the way around every one there at the time was chatting about it. Saying at the opposite end to the spar should of been less deeper. And I cleaned out the holes in the water play ground thay have not been cleaned for a long time. look the place is seeing its age but we whoud stay there again. O and the ladder near spar into the pool is snapping of I did tell two people one looked at it and went of like its not his problem so I told front desk hoping uoy have had it fixed
