GREAT SMALL HOTEL, WARUNG & LAUNDRY OUT THE FRONT. MINIMART AT END OF THE STREET, SHORT WALK INTO LEGIAN ROAD AND SHOPPING. WE LOVED THIS SMALL HOTEL AND STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL.

POOL IS WARM IN THE AFTERNOON

The location is super! Mina is on a side road and therefore much quieter than many other more expensive properties. The beds are super! Not too hard, not too soft, just right and you don’t feel like you’re on a choppy sea when your partner tosses all night long ☺️

After the COVID lockdown years the property seems to be getting a little tatty. Staff was eager to help in any way they could and did so promptly, but you have to tell them every little detail that’s been bugging you (they won’t proactively do something). Pool area may be a tad small for the 20 rooms that they have, although not a major inconvenience unless you wish to spend all your time alone in/by the pool.

The place is a bit old and needs some more love. But it is great value for money. You get what you need, enough water pressure (compared to some accommodation in Bali don't have enough water pressure) and plenty of hot water shower( some accommodations are easy to run out of water). But if you do care about the construction, then maybe reconsider it. We got a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, also the bathroom paint was falling off. The cushions and sun chairs on the pool side are wearing out. other than that, nothing to complain about. Breakfast got only two options, American style and Indonesian style, but not as bad as the other reviews said. If you don't like it, cross the road there is a nice food shop, recommended. If I'm going back to Kuta, I wouldn't mind to stay here again.

- system was down so we couldn’t check in the first night meaning we had a different room on our first night (which was not as good as the one we paid for, in my opinion) - the card machine was then also broken when we tried to pay which meant that we had to use a load of our spending cash that we hadn’t planned to use for hotels. - Although the second room was better overall, the shower in the second room was quite poor. - sun loungers in the pool area don’t get much sun so not ideal for sunbathing

Pool ladders were very flimsy & felt unsafe Porches of rooms get dangerously slippery when wet - maybe some non slip mats are needed? Pool looked like it needed a good clean & some TLC (it appeared that there were some leaks in the tiling in the section where the water overflowed from the large pool to the smaller one Larger safes that are secured would also be advantageous

Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Location is good, not too busy so it's a good place for having rest. Toiletries and amenities are complete. For me, it is one of the very good accomodations in Bali. I'll be back again when I visit Bali.

Breakfast is provided and the guest can choose the Indonesian or American style menu. The taste is not bad. However, it is too limited choices. If you stay for 1 night only, that should be fine. How if you stay more than 1 days, you'll get bored with the menu. Hopefully, the next days will be better.

Clean and nice pool, quite small but comfy poolarea. Hotel area was beautiful and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and good aircondition. You can eat your breakfast at the restaurant area or at your own balcony. Breakfast set included our room was actually nice, you could choose between american or indonesian breakfast. Indonesian included for exemple fried noodles with vegetables, so it was like lunch also. All the other extra brekafast options were also very cheap. Staff was friendly, but not very good english skills.

Nicely decorated rooms with 2-storey villas with a pool in the middle. We stayed in the 2nd floor (highly recommended) and liked the tropical/natural style design and the spacious room with a huge bathroom. We had a great time relaxing in the afternoon in our shady terrace. The garden was lush and green. It did not feel at all like we were in busy Kuta. Overall a great option if you need to stay in the capital, and a super value for the price. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good.

A small Balinese style hotel with a lovely garden Small swimming pool and rooms set in courtyard style. There's a restaurant on site and the food is great. Breakfast was included and very reasonable. Room service available and nothing is a bother to the staff. The street is really quiet laundry services etc all across from the hotel with a15 minute walk to the beach but I preferred the hotel surrounds and there are plenty of cafes and shops close by. Great value for money

Clean room and super comfortable bed and pillows. A fridge, coffee/tea station, 2 bottles water, safe, toothbrush, shower caps and hairdryer. Fashionable bathroom and no mouldy smell. Good selections of room service. Quiet at night (just hearing some water sounds from the pool at night) yet a great location.

Breakfast (American style) could be better but I finished my breakfast every morning anyway so it wasn’t too bad!
