I stayed for a week and was very happy with the experience. The staff were all very kind and did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Artana from Housekeeping did a fantastic job of cleaning my room, and it was always great to chat with him when I saw him!

The Wi-Fi was very slow (couldn’t stream videos in the evenings), however this was explained during check in. The location is very convenient to shops and is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, however it is in a very touristy area which might not suit some people.

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast options are mostly cold. Restaurant staff did not clear or clean tables quickly enough for other guests coming. Coffee not replenished quickly enough either as it was a very small pot for so many people.

The staff were great, a late arrival was no issue and we were check-in with no hassles. The breakfast crew each morning were some of the friendliest and happiest staff I have met in my travels, what a way to kickstart your day. It was well maintained and kept pretty clean. A great location if you are wanting to make Legian your home base, with all that you’ll want at the hotel’s doorstep or a short walk or scoot away.

It’s a personal thing, but the smoking, I am sure I booked a non-smoking room and I had to keep my door closed as the neighbours wanted to blaze a few cigs each morning.

We stayed here for almost 10 days and had a great time overall. It was generally clean, although some areas are slightly worn. The staff was nice as well. Location was good - walkable to most things in Kuta, but not as loud and busy as it is a little outside. The Italian restaurant and Rehat Spa downstairs were both great.

It can get very loud at night. The sound insulation is bad, and there are a lot of loud noises at night: the crazy motorcycles revving on the main street at 3 in the morning, other guests next door, or even the night club they have running on the top floor on Saturday nights. I'm not a light sleeper, but still had a tough time sleeping through the nights here.

Loved the rooms clean and air con worked really well. Location was fantastic .staff were always happy and so lovely .

It was really hard to communicate with the desk staff speaking English. Maybe a change of the breakfast the same food every morning for 8 days does get a little boring .

Very Clean and comfortable. Rooms were excellent service was great especially around the pool .

Breakfast was good but not brilliant . But for the price it was good value .

location of the hotel was really convenient. Located in the heart of Legian area. Really accessible to convenience stores in needs. It is an exciting area as well as there are many bars around but somehow it is nice in quiet, especially at night. I haven't had really bothered at my sleep.

Gym equipment was not really advanced but this demand is only applicable to people with fitness purpose. Not really a big deal. People who wants to work out are better to walk to other fitness facility as far as I know that there are a few gyms that they seem to have enough equipment ready, and this hotel is really accessible to those locations.

The room and bathroom was very comfortable and spacious & modern. Breakfast was good for all inclusive. All Staff were very friendly and had great customer service - specifically the front bar manager Agung, room attendants, staff in Breakfast lounge and reception. Thank you. My husband also used the gym which was well equipped. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but will do on our next visit.

Other noisy nationalities Adults and children were excessively noisy and had no manners at all running and screaming in the corridors for hours on end in the late evening. Just not acceptable. So disrespectful. Few of the rooms had these visitors who had rooms next to each other on our floor. Chinese!!!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good as well. They had just reopened after covid so things should only get better

We loved the Solia. The staff from the moment they picked us up from the airport were amazing. So lovely. Beautiful. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was something different each morning. We had the BBQ dinner. That was yummy. Loved the jacuzzi by the restaurant at night and the main pool in the afternoon. Location is amazing. Lovely shop next door for extra supplies. Laundry next to that is so cheap and clothes smell amazing. Out the back door is a commbank atm and lots of wonderful stalls. We loved the Solia staff! Definitely visiting again. 🥰🥰🥰
