There were only shelves in the room (no wardrobe etc.) Any other furniture where people could put their things or clothes would greatly help Almost impossible to dry out wet clothes in the room with no balcony Wi-Fi got bad when the hotel got crowdy few days later

Clean and comfortable for.a.short stay, in the centre of shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to everything

Not a nice view from windows, occasionally bad smell from bathroom.

it’s on a quite street. rooms look same as pics. staff is very friendly and way polite. has a lift so you can park your bike in the basement and get a lift to your room. bed is very comfortable. housekeeping staff cleans your room everyday, although I got it cleaned only twice during my 8 days stay as I was by my self. aircon works fine. it’s a great place for the price you pay. will come back

my room wasn’t ready although I got there around 1600 hours. no hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom so had to use bath towel and shower dispense soap which was ok for me. hotel needs to update its room facilities as a lot of stuff mentioned on the list wasn’t available in the room. for example - flip flops, hair dryer, etc etc.

The value for money and quality of staff customer service was on point! I loved my room, and the staff kept it clean. The AC was great, even sometimes had to turn it off because it worked so well. I asked a lot of the reception staff during my stay- like holding my laundry for me and passing onto Laundry service pick up etc. And they obliged no problems. It was a great stay overall.

The only negative for me was the wifi, it wasn't useable. Could only receive delayed messages- was not able to download my study materials for Uni, or use Instagram/anything with video content.

the place serve breakfast everyday, but it could be different menu: sometimes buffet when hotel have many customers, sometimes a-la carte, sometimes just 2 options Indonesian or american. always happy to refill your coffee and provide couple of extra fresh veggie slices free for charge. Stuff are awesome.

just a friendly reminder for the cleaning team to clean corridors from used plates and garbage which some of less educated customers just leaves in public zone.

Friendly staff, quick service with a smile and the location for us is perfect. We've been staying at Siesta for almost 10 years now. It's like a second home. The staff are friendly and know us by name. The rooms are always clean. Its a budget hotel but for us its ideal due to the location. King-size bed with ice-cold air conditioning. For us its sufficient. Its a budget hotel so don't expect bells and whistles.

The location cannot be beaten as far as we are concerned. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help in any way they can. The price was unbelievably low and the rooms were super clean, the a/c was ice cold. We've been staying at the Siesta since before it was even called the siesta. I was worried about whether the Siesta had changed since covid but it hasn't - same friendly staff, same clean rooms. Best value for money in the best location to suit our needs.

I didn't like having to leave 😢

All of the staff were really friendly and they always maked your room clean. The price of the room was affordable for me. I thought this hotel was located in strategic area in Legian due to the location near from popular restaurants in legian area also in seminyak or Canggu area.

Due to the hotel was not too big, so you would hear the kids voice when they were swimming at pool or in the hallway. So you should choose the highest floor.

I love how the facilities in the room is run properly, the staff is nice and helpful
