An absolutely fantastic value for money. Excellent facilities, comfortable and big rooms, huge pools. A true resort in a small paradise in Bali. Staff is always kind and helpful. It does not have direct access to the beach, however the shuttle works very well (5 min trip every hour). And the reserved area in the beach is awesome. Breakfast is very complete. Also, nice kids club and close to restaurants and shopping mall (Bali Collection).

It could have more beds by the pool, seemed not enough for the dimension of the resort. Also, the lines for the shuttle and beach beds were rarely organized by the staff, and some (rude) guests just passed in front of everyone which causes some stress that can be avoided. But nothing is perfect, just a few suggestions. One side of the resort suffers from some noise of the restaurants and bars, a bit annoying at night.

-The hotel is located close to the shops, restaurants, pubs (2 mins walk) , and they also have a free shuttle going to Bali collection mall . - The beach club is nice they offer a free shuttle going to the beach club. - The two pools are massive and so nice. - Buffet breakfast are good. - Rooms are bigger and clean. - They have kids club for the little ones to enjoy. - No Traffic in Nusa Dua. - The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. they are always happy to help. - It’s a good place to relax.

amazing facilities and friendly staff. the 2 big swimming pools are perfect my child loves it. free baby cot. our room AC was not working properly so the manager offered us different room which has better AC.

breakfast is ok. maybe because too much varieties and big batch cooking so they’re lack of flavours. no AC in restaurants so it’s tricky to find a place to have coffee with my guests in common place when the day is warm. after getting to second room with cooler AC, the electricity is tripped off every day during our stay. they seem to unable to find the root problem so its recurring thing however they offered us diff room but i say what?? change room again?? no thx. a bit tricky to manouvre in the room with a baby in dark. manager was very kind to sent us 1 free coconut to the room and offered late check out for the invoncenience. amazing staff.

Conveniently located close to the Nusa Dua village, with provided access to the beachfront, the Courtyard provides convenience. The facilities are of a high standard and provide a quality and relaxing holiday. Many properties talk about “customer service “ however the Courtyard follows through to take service to a higher level. Staff went out of there way to provide a great holiday for us.

Pool excellent, pool staff exceptional. Dian and Yuli in the breakfast area were very professional Spoke to Kesia about glass bottles of Bintang on edges of the of the pool. Pools would need to be emptied and if an injury on feet, then lawsuit could follow. I am a Dr and speak with authority. Simple, sell cans and all plastic glasses around the pool. Ari in housekeeping was a credit to the Marriot name.

cold meats near milk need to be covered as flies on them.

The pools, the facilities, the bed, the toilet. Most of the things we are happy with.

Kids club and fitness club open different time, mean u can't go to fitness club enjoy the group class in the morning while kids are with you. Both club should open the same time, customer can enjoy more. Breakfast buffet in the morning queue are too long, can't keep up the clean plates. Need to do something about it Busy hotel so noisy outside room before 7am.

The staff were great at amending our booking when last minute I could not travel to Bali due to COVID. Instead our 20-22 year old daughters travelled and they had nothing but praise for the staff. 'The pool was great, the food excellent, the staff were so nice and helpful. The room was amazing with the lagoon pool. The private beach was good to see the local festival but we had quite abit of unwanted attention being two girls by themselves. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt safe in the hotel because of the staff'.

Parents couldnt come due to Covid.. maybe that was a blessing 😀

Excellent location close to all shops and restaurants! comfortable room, nice pools and great food!!

Pool chairs being reserved with towels for hours by other guests that were not in the pool, not leaving options for others to use it.

The hotel is well situated in Nusa Dua and the nearby restaurants and shops are within easy reach by foot. The setting of the pool is excellent, surrounded by mature trees. The rooms are well appointed and the service by our housekeeper was excellent. The hotel also offers free transportation to its own private beach, approx 5 mins away.

We found the only issue with the hotel is that the walls are poorly insulated and it was quite often that we could hear our next door neighbours through the adjoining door. Anything dropped on the floor echoed into our room. The Operations Manager was sympathetic and offered to move us, though this wasn’t taken up due to our leaving within 24 hrs.
