Nice surroundings, beautiful beach, staff very professionnal and kind

Bathtub dirty, noisy room, waste on the beach. Moreover, we were victim of a fraud on Booking prior to our stay and the management of the hotel declined responsibilty in the fraud while it was their Booking account which was hijacked and was the cause of the fraud. Very surprising from a 5 star hotel...

It was nice to have eggs and waffles made on the spot for you. Good variety however some of the food like the mi goreng, chicken curry was tasteless. Service was good. Staff were friendly and attentive and went out of their way to do stuff for you.

There was a wedding reception going on and music was blaring and could be heard from the rooms.

Amazing location of the hotel for people who love to swim in the ocean. The beach was always clean, many seats under the trees and umbrellas. The staff were always extremely friendly and approachable.

They need to clean the beach and its water much more often. There should rarely if ever be trash on the beach. I saw them burying seaweed strewn with plastic by digging it into the beach rather than discarding the plastic

Property was clean , good location, staff were friendly. I specifically like the person who organise the taxi and transport. Liked lobby, garden, swimming pool and the beach front area. Breakfast was 5 star. Like the photo shoot, cameraman did an excellent job.

I stayed in unit- 5 , so called deluxe room, level-3. Room was very old , congested. Very old TV with poor sound quality , I have to complain to the duty manager for broken sound of the TV . There was water leakage from the air conditioner. There was no sufficient plug point for changing mobile. The electric cattle was too small and connecting wire so small too . In a 5 star accommodation there should be a iron, iron board and a microwave. I really enjoy the outdoor facilities of the resort. I am not criticising it but my suggestion is to improve the room facilities.

This was way nicer than we expected. This area seems very upper-class and safe. The resort is huge and you could stay there for days without leaving and be fine. Within walking distance there is the "Bali Collection" which is just a mall with restaurants, pharmacy, mini-market etc. The resort itself has 4 restaurants on site which was amazing. One restaurant offers room service (if you included breakfast in your booking you'll have to go in person though). Handful of vegetarian options. Food prices were way more than Ubud and Nusa Penida though. The breakfast that you can chose to add on is a HUGE buffet with anything you could want. All the pools were very warm and clean. The platform to jump off and the swim up bar was very cool. If you want to organize any transportation such as airport pickup through the hotel, you have to request it 7+ days in advance.

While laying out by the pool multiple vendors came up to us trying to sell us massages, water sports, etc. Some appeared to work for the hotel. That was very frustrating as we were within the hotel property trying to relax. Its even worse on the beach.

Had great pools, definitely a relaxing hotel, not much to do around the place except for water sports, pool/drink. Limited eating options but there is a restaurant downstairs from the main lobby which offers a good range just doesn’t have the views of the other restaurant. Close to a hospital as well on your doorstep pretty much. Very clean nusa dua but no shops nearby. Little markets come to your hotel in the morning. They drive you to your room in golf carts which was cool and play music as you come in. Great views from reception. Definitely a place to relax and read a book or podcast and not go out.

The area up the top is wasted and should be changed. Maybe a few water slides would be good, the jumping tower is cool tho :) Also a little more eating options and a bit more staff around the rooms 👍

Great pools and staff was very friendly. Gorgeous location near beach, and the breakfast spread was very good. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the amenities offered by the hotel.

Our air conditioning had issues when we first checked in. It did not seem to cool, so we requested it be checked on. The next morning, the room was still stuffy and musty smelling, and the A/C was blinking with another error message. Finally, with the aircon not seeming to work properly and the room smelling moldy still, we requested another room. The other room was much better. No issues with the A/C or the mildew/musty smell, but it was a bit of a hassle that first night. Breakfast service was hit or miss. We seemed to get forgotten for drink orders a few times during our weeklong stay.

The location right on the beach was fabulous. There are restaurants, bars, markets & spa services within 5 minute walk. Our room had pool access & a large bath which was lovely. The breakfast buffet, pools, beach chairs, and the service overall was excellent.

Slow to check in and get assistance at reception.

People place towels on deck chairs and not use the chairs preventing others from using them. there needs to be a management policy preventing that behaviour. Also, rude guests slamming doors in the middle of the night.
