Impressive doesn't even begin to do justice to my experience at Jeeva. For a week I was transported to a fantasy land and I'm still in awe at what a surreal time it was. The scenery, service and staff were impeccable - picturesque sunsets overlooking the beach by the infinity pool, unbelievable the stuff of dreams. What differentiated this place from other resorts/villa stays has to be the staff. Jeeva is incredibly fortunate to have such dedicated and passionate team members, who went out of their way to ensure me and my grandma had the best of everything. They went above and beyond to facilitate any requests and make sure we felt welcomed. From the front reception, housekeeping, landscapers, dining staff, massage therapists to the drivers - I'd like to extend my warmest thanks for making each day at Jeeva so magical and memorable. Although I can't list all names I'd like to take a moment to thank the following in particular: Etal, Dini, Hardi, Komang, Yasa, Firman, Alwi, Deo, Windri, Putra, Fitri, Diki, Rika and Ayu - my trip would've been incomplete without knowing you all - until next time!!

Genuinely the only thing I didn't like was leaving. On the last night and morning of it was hard to reconcile that my time at Jeeva was over and even after leaving Jeeva still weighed heavy on my heart and mind.

Having worked and travelled around the world as United Nations staff for over 20 years we are well used to good service in hotels. But the service we received in Jeeva Klui during our 5 day stay redefined the standard we were used to. This was a clear example of hospitality at its very best! All staff worked as if Jeeva Klui belonged to them. We can feel they love being there, working there and serving its guests. Nothing is too much to ask for. The gardener rushed to help us when he saw us with our suitcases. The room service staff provided excellent room cleaning and a turn down service in the evening. Their attention to detail was amazing. The restaurant staff were so professional yet warm and friendly, and always served the excellent food on offer with a smile. Particularly we would like to thank pak Komang, ibu Windry and ibu Dini and ibu Lenny. You all made our stay in Lombok so memorable. The hotel itself is great, clean, peaceful with a beautiful infinity pool. And the sunset from the restaurant and the pool was breathtaking. The afternoon tea was our highlight of the day after outside activities. Overall, we would say that Lombok is a beautiful island. But you can find many beautiful islands in other places in this world.  But you will not find Jeeva Klui and it's very special staff anywhere else....the staff are great ambassadors of not only Jeeva Klui, but the whole of the island of Lombok. We will for sure be returning to Jeeva Klui...perhaps next time for a large family reunion. (Vincent, Rosida, John and Regina)

A suggestion that it might be considered to extend the afternoon tea to 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour.

My partner and I have travelled extensively both together and individually and stayed at some amazing resorts but this one is absolutely next level. We left today after spending 7 glorious nights here and I’m not sure how we will ever get used to doing anything for ourselves again. The resort itself is set on a stunning private beach. Our beachfront suite (101) with incredible ocean views from the terrace was well appointed and the most private of all the suites. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and huge comfortable bed. The daily turndown service was such a treat to come back to at night. The included breakfast was from a full menu and they generously allowed guests to choose as many items as they wanted and special requests were never a problem. The free daily afternoon tea was also very generous and premium coffee (unlimited) is included at both mealtimes. We availed ourselves of the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour between 4pm and 7pm every day. The spa was awesome and Lina’s massages were up there with the best massages I’ve ever had. It is incredibly hard to find any fault with this property but their most precious asset is the staff. Travelling extensively around Bali and Lombok you do get used to the special service the Balinese and Sasak people provide but nothing could have prepared us for the level of service we received at Jeeva Klui. Imagine having every single need you could possibly think of catered for and then double it. That still doesn’t come close to the service this passionate, caring and intuitive group of incredible human beings provide. Every single was outstanding but we were totally blown away by a few who somehow managed to go over and above even more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dini (Dino, Dina, Dana Dinosaur), Windri (Wayan), Yasa (Jonny Woop), Ayu with the new name tag and the unparalleled Komang (thanks for the mangos) who is the epitome of hospitality. We arrived as guests and left as family!

my partner and I stayed at jeeva Klui hotel for 3 nights and we wish we could stay more . This place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Set on the coast of sengiggi , this hotel offers the best relaxing atmosphere you are looking for. The hotel is secluded but not far from the main area and other locations . The food was super unique and tasty . Every corner of the hotel is special and with an unprecedented attention to detail. From the hotel; you can watch a spectacular sunset while having your cocktail by the infinity pool and overlooking the ocean. Just perfect. The rooms are so big, comfortable and clean and we loved the open shower ;) . A massive thank you goes to the STAFF…. They are the best people we met. So welcoming , so helpful and always ready to listen and meet your needs . They made our stay more special than we could have expected and their smiles will be missed. Thank you to all of you at jeeva Klui , we will definitely come back <3

Jeeva Klui was a fantastic resort, the staff was one of the highlights, always very kind and happy. There are approx 35 rooms so they know exactly who you are which makes your stay special. My partner and I had the private pool villa which was beautiful, very authentic and intimate. The food was good and abundant both for the a la carte included breakfast, lunch and dinner. The view is great for sunset with the infinity pool. Location wise, the hotel is 15 minutes to the port Sengiggi, where boats from Bali arrive and also 25 minutes to the private harbor to go to Gilli Islands. Quality price is good and we recommend everyone to go when visiting Lombok.

The beach seems great and in front of the hotel, however there is a lot of trash in the sea. There is staff cleaning some of it however don’t expect to have frequent dips in the sea. The only other note would be that there is a Mosque close to the east wing of the hotel rooms which holds a prayer at 4:30am every morning which woke us up daily. Suggest requesting a room on the other side of the resort specially if you are a light sleeper.

A beautiful well maintained facility directly at the sea with great possibilities to stay within the complex. We had a villa with pool and loved it. In itself everything was clean the villa with outdoor area huge. Even if there was the one or other small constructive defect, everything else made up for it. The service was gigantic from second 1 to the last second! Cordial, courteous which really creates a great atmosphere and you feel right at home. In addition to the normal room service that takes place daily. the villa is made beautiful again in the evening. The breakfast was a la carte but of the best quality and you could choose as much or reorder as you wanted. Fresh juices, dishes of all kinds. At noon there was teatime where additional snacks were offered. This was also top! By the way, you are addressed by all with first name, which we personally felt as very warm. The staff had also introduced themselves. Windri and Dini really took great care of us!

The beach section for swimming is not the most beautiful, especially in the rainy season (dry season we can not judge) but the resort can not help it and is conditioned by the location. Hotel a little outside of Senggigi which is on the one hand positive on the other hand you need a cab / grab / scooter which is quite cheap.

small, cozy, relaxed, beaurifully presented and unaustentatious - 5 star without the pretentiousness. Attention to detail outstanding - staff knew our names from day one, very attentive without being clinging, free mountain bikes in excellent condition, free snorkel kit same, gym furnished with expensive kit in great condition etc. Room included breakfast AND tea / cakes - and dinner was very well priced and cheaper than other similar places that we visited (some great beach shack eateries in the area were inevitably cheaper)

The beach is not the best but its better than anything else along this shoreline for a number of KM. The beach setting is perfect - its just the beach itself is a bit rocky, large chunks of coral and not the most appealing for smimming. But the beautiful horizon pool right on the beachfront was a perfect alternative - and the various beach shelters on the property at the edge of the beach meant that it was a perfect beach venue - with pool smimming

from drop off to the front desk to the room and the entire resort, we are extremely satisfied. the staff were friendly and observant at all times. the pool is nice and clean, the warung served decent food (especially breakfast!), and the outdoor seating areas were excellent (from tables, to sunbeds, to gazebos with beds). the resort was facing the beach so we had direct access, could listen to the waves and watch people surf in the afternoon. we absolutely loved staying here and also loved their happy hour 1for1 alcohol. i would go back to senggigi and stay at Jeeva Klui in a heartbeat. everything was perfect, we also loved our spacious and clean room, and comfortable bed. they also come to tidy up our room everyday and refill water everyday.

Individual houses close to une beach and a wide enough public pool. The fitness room also added value, as well as the services (yoga courses, tea sessions, night events) the propriety offered. Special thanks to the staff: Dini, Windri, Bagus, April and Jonk made our stay unbelievable. Their friendliness, hospitality and dedication really made the difference. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Wifi wasn’t working great in some areas and the soundproofing was really great when it comes to listening the waves and natural environment, but a bit disturbing when it comes to noises (scooters, dogs etc)

This resort is very quiet. The service is great. The hotel has a private beach with good swimming in the lagoon on the high or medium tide. Snorkeling is possible, and there are some coral fish there. They have a very large swimming pool as well. The hotel is inside of a nice garden. You may have service on the beach. They have very large beach towels at will. The room we had was great. The air conditioning is efficient and silent, really better than other hotels. The cocktails with good happy hour discount are good. Breakfast is copious and very good. They have excellent croissants, and we are french we know! A la carte, avoiding waste. Finally all staff is helpful and great, especially Dini and Windri at breakfast. A wonderful experience for a reasonable price in the end. One of the best in our life, and we have travelled in many countries over 30 years...

The meals are indeed a bit expensive for the area, but excellent quality. The menu lacks of sea food.
