We loved the villa with our own private pool. It was really spacious and with the two toddlers, had plenty of room. The big shared pool was also great. The staff were lovely.

On booking, the photos make it look like there is a sandy strip in front of the resort, but it's all rocky and nowhere for our kids to play in the sand unless you go further along down the coast and the access to the beach itself was a bit dangerous, so a bit misleading. The breakfasts weren't great.

Everything. We had booked a room, but were upgraded at check in as there was some building work near the room. The new room was exceptional, with a beautiful sea view, and although this room didn`t have a jacuzzi, like the room we had booked, we were able to use that room`s jacuzzi. When the room was made uo each day, flowers were scattered on the bed - very romantic.

I've never stayed at a beach resort like this and Puri Mas truly exceeded my expectations. The resort and the beach are so beautiful. Every day I just wanted to lay by the pool or walk along the beach, the setting is so mesmerizing. The spa is also so luxurious and my friend and I both had great treatments there. I looked forward to breakfast every morning in the beachside restaurant. The food is delicious and the setting is perfect. The staff are also incredibly nice and accommodating, they helped us with anything we needed from booking transportation to sightsee or get to the airport to arranging our spa treatments. I wish I never had to leave Puri Mas! Staying here has been one of the best vacations I've ever had.

1 bdrm Villa with Private pool is just beautiful. Plenty of greenery in pool courtyard so it doesn't feel confined. Pool is wonderful and very clean, approx 3m x 4m and big enough for us. Sun loungers very comfortable but needs a sun umbrella. Terrace is huge & under cover & has a double sun-sofa and table with 2 chairs. Loved the water dispenser with hot, cold and really cold water. The room is huge and the bed is fine though pillows too big & hard. Bathroom is massive with the toilet in a separate room within. Public pool is very nice and plenty of very comfortable sun loungers to watch the sunset from but only 4 sun umbrellas and so not enough shade. There is no beach out front of hotel but there is beside the hotel, accessed down a few steep steps. Breakfast is basic & limited, not a buffet & not good value for the extra paid, We enjoyed walking along the beach to the couple of other hotels for extra dinner and drink options. Staff are lovely. Yes, we would definitely stay again and have extended our stay for a few extra nights.

Needs a sun umbrella in the private pool area plus many more umbrellas by the public pool. Breakfast feels stingy and is not a buffet. Only a choice of one savoury (eg eggs or asian) with EITHER toast OR fruit/yoghurt OR pancakes. It is normal at hotels, especially hotels of this standard, to have a plentiful buffet breakfast and to allow a slice of toast with eggs AS WELL AS fruit, yoghurt and pancakes, not instead of! The coffee isn't really drinkable. :-) Pillows are too large and too hard.

We were so pleased with our stay at Puri Mas. The surroundings were stunning and everything about the hotel was exceptional including the rooms, food and attentive, friendly service. Most outstanding were the extraordinary staff who made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. And not to forget the spa treatments. Pure indulgence in a beautiful setting. In the space of 4 days my husband had two traditional healing massages that have vastly improved a chronic health issue. He is immensely grateful. Special thanks to Sara who took such good care to ensure we had an amazing experience. We highly recommend Puri Mas and hope to return soon.

Amazing place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a very beautiful jacuzzi villa. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The kids had some issue with the original booked room, and they have been offered to be upgraded into a jacuzzi villa as well! The breakfast is very good, and generally speaking the quality of the food is very satisfying from morning to evening meals. You feel so comfortable in Puri Mas that you hardly want to walk outside the resort! The resort is on a beautiful beach and restaurant, pool, chill areas are facing the sea. The sun set time is incredibly beautiful. Happy hours, free fruits bites offered by the resort are making the chill time even more pleasant. We even have our best cappuccino in Asia! Thank you to everybody to make our stay really special. We will be back very soon.

Our villa was wonderful. clean . lovely gardens. Happy and talkative staff. Best position on beach front. Reception staff were very good explaining when made enquires. And helpful ordering taxis. Dancing performances fantastic at restaurant area

Staff slow with getting drinks food. Waited 25 minutes for 1 beer.the waitering staff are nice but take too long to get drinks and food. The resort was not that buzy. Our villa gate was not secure enough.

We had a phenomenal stay. Best resort we've stayed in from the ten or so we've been at in the past two months of travel. Our jacuzzi villa was spacious, private, clean, and comfortable. We had two great meals at the restaurant and a third as room service to our private courtyard, all great quality, fast, and reasonably priced. Happy hour by the pool was fun sense of community and good quality drinks for a good deal. I requested flowers and room decoration for my wife's birthday and they accommodated the requests beyond my expectations. Value was excellent. Overall better experience than a similar resort that was twice the price.

maybe a bit remote for some tastes...not for mine. did come to relax, enjoy the sunshine and have a nice, clean room.all this I got for a more than reasonable rate. hard to complain about anything.

Views, pool, large water frontage extra large beds. Sun beds and seating in and around the resort were plentiful and well placed. There were also plenty of quiet places to unwind

The pool bar inadequately staffed. The times between orders was very slow for both food and drinks and in all 4 of our opinions the staff could probably do with a little more training but were very courteous at all times.
