Very good garden, spacious and good maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly, food is ok, but could be better. Location is very close to Sangigi where you can buy everything. There is also a market on a walking distance.

We stayed in a beach villa, which where furnitures were very old, some were broken. The villa has very poor lighting and not enough light inside. The whole resort has the feeling of an old one not a modern tropical place. The pool bar was working but the second pool club did not. The breakfast was not good, very poor on variety and on fruits. Found many random cables and electrical boxes open which was not ok for children

Great location by the beach, lots of greenery and decent food at the hotel restaurant.

Facilities and rooms are slightly old and worn out. Stay would be perfect if they were maintained well and rooms were cleaner.

Amazing resort in beautiful Lombok. We stayed in the Mangsit suites, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 adults and a 2 year old baby. The ground floor suite is best if travelling with an energetic toddler as they can just run free (under supervision) in the gardens. They are across the road from the main resort, but it's no big deal...only a short walk and help to cross the road. The accommodation itself is a little old but still very comfortable with housekeeping daily who do a great job. They do have a kitchen but not really equipt for cooking - just for making tea and coffee and maybe some instant noodles. The main resort is fantastic. One main pool which gets a little busy and also the Cabana beach club - we went there most evenings and had it to ourselves. Breakfast is great, very varied from Indo cuisine to pastries, continental options, fruits and egg station. We loved it. Only ate at the restaurant once and found it a little pricey so just ate local on the beach most nights. The beach at the front is lovely, not really a swimming beach as it has a reef right at the foreshore but if you walk south a bit you can swim. We walked along the shores for hours picking up beautiful shells and the resort has some sand toys you can hire out for toddlers!The staff are incredible and really make you feel at home - a special shout out to Eddie! Overall a great resort for a chill and relaxed holiday in paradise!

As mentioned the kitchen in the apartments could be a bit better equipt for cooking. The kids room was a bit disappointing. Nice room but the toys are bits and bobs of old things and nothing really to play with at all. Only a couple of bottles of drinking water supplied per day, could've been more.

Ideal for a family. - Location: front beach. - Breakfast: buffet with several options, also for western style. - Brathroom: nice distribution and big. - Bedroom: large space. - Aircon: very powerfull. - Bed: large and comfortable.

IMPROVABLE - Geberal resort: Is very old and should be refurbished. - Bedroom: not enough light and some broken little details. - Cleaning: it could be better. Specially in corners and under bed. - Minibar: nothing inside and fridge not working.

Good Breakfast loved the Indonesia soup freshly made in the morning Soto Ayam or Bakso, Cappuccino is extra but if you get the right person to do it, it was one of the best I had at a Hotel Breakfast. Everything on the outside looks very nice, but it is in need of some basic updates. Rooms are Clean and very spacious. Beach is not wide but quite nice, still stones to walk in and I would say swim shoes are needed. Recommend the small restaurant to the left of the Hotel called NUF SAID Warung Grill, very nice fresh fisch, sitting with your feet in the sand.

As mentioned, it needs some basic updates, at the big Pool the chairs need fixing, fridge in the kitchen a bit old, Tiles in the Pool came of, my daughter fished like + 20 small tiles out of it. They have a more mondern Pool on the left side which is nicer to chill. Overall, this is our second time we come here, and I would and will come again.

The family apartment was well equipped, so spacious, very comfortable beds, and lovely en suites. The gardens and views were beautiful. We loved the swimming pools. it was wonderful sitting in the restaurant overlooking the sea and the staff were very helpful. Massive range of food and the evening buffet was delicious. Being able to play pool in the bar in the evening was a big perk for the kids.

We were surprised to be staying over the road from the main hotel but the crossing system was excellent. I had an amazing massage but it was a bur confusing to book at reception.

Hotel has a perfect location with direct access to the beach, close to couple of food stores and 3km far from Sengiggi. The resort itself is large with two swimming pools. Relaxing atmosphere, calm, easy going, friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. Gili islands trips can be made direct from the beach in front of hotel and plenty other attractions are within easy reach.

The rooms would deserve some refresh and I understand it is planned. However, since we have spent most of the time outside anyway, the rooms were just fine for our holidays.

Relaxed so very relaxing and quiet. Pools are amazing

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments great size and everything working including air-conditioning. The only minor issue was that the apartments are across the road from the resort. Not an issue as they have security controlling the traffic to make sure our children can cross the road. Not a problem for the 13 year olds but might be an issue if they were younger

Best hotel we have stayed in Indonesia. It is really cheap for what you get. There is a huge garden very well maintained, the swimming pool is very nice (crystal clear water and great temperature), just a few steps away from the sea, where you will see amazing sunsets looking right to mount Ijen. The staff is super nice and they will always do their best in order to make your stay unique. The rooms are very clean and so are the toilets, the beds are huge and comfortable.

You might find some parts of the room a little bit old, but they have great maintenance. I can affirm that because I stayed here last year and I have seen an improvement in the rooms ( and many other things).
