(1) The staff are helpful, polite. (2) Sauna, although not too hot after adding water. (3) Department store next to hotel, but it was quite empty, didn't see a lot of body visiting the mall. Maybe it was during weekdays.

(1) Upgrade need to pay more, although they have empty rooms. (2) Swimming pool a bit too small (3) only partial view from my room (4) Hotel reception station at floor 8. (5) No convenient store around, need to go to the mall basement, there is a big department store. although not too far. (6) Hotel is attached with the "empty mall", beside that, there is no other attractions near to the hotel but only local residential area. (7) Even the mall has restaurants, I only found 2 Chinese restaurants, The duck King and The paradise Dynasty, especially Dynasty serving very nice food, but extremely expensive. a dinner for 2 easily up to Rp 800,000. (8) Breakfast a lot of choice but taste so so only

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options, restaurant was well staffed who were very efficient. Very nice room with large comfortable bed. On the whole a very nice hotel.

Car parking isnt sign posted very well but thats only a small matter.

My first impression of the staff was that they are very customer oriented and always greeted the guests with a smile, clearly seen behind the masks. The rooms are spacious, clean and the shower is complete with toiletries. The hotel was conveniently connected to the mall which was a plus! The room is cleaned daily and the complimentary bottled water is highly appreciated. The breakfast has good variety selection of both local and continental dishes.

it’s our third time staying here. The last time we were here was 2 years ago, and we’re so glad that the hotel is still managed at a very high standard - the staff are always prompt fulfilling our special requests and handling of any issues. They delivered excellent service throughout from Concierge - In house dining - security and Reception and demonstrated professionalism and friendliness every hour of the day. Room remains comfortable and very clean just as we remembered it. Will always come back here again for stays in Surabaya!

There should have been a minibar for the family suite, maybe a coca cola can and peanuts.. istead there was nothing at all... ZERO

The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast menu has a good variation of choice. The pool was perfect for a dip and has a few of the city and mountain (when it's not cloudy)

Strategic location, easy access to mall, near toll road to out of town, staff were friendly & helpful.

Amenities provided were not complete, there were missing items, e.g. conditioner was provided but not shampoo, and shower cap was not provided on my 2nd visit, but was there on my 1st visit.
