The location is very central and one can walk to the main attractions in Ubud, and despite being in the hub of activity the hotel was still nice and quiet. The staff were very professional & friendly. Every single staff member we engaged with deserves praise, but special mention to Edi who learnt our names on the first day and greeted us by name with a big smile every time we saw him. The management team were excellent and ensured our stay was very special. The resort has two lovely swimming pools - one in the sun and one in the shade which were great and a pool is a must-have in Bali. The food was exceptional and breakfast could be had at any time of the day so if you wanted to rather have it for lunch or dinner that was fine, which is a nice touch when your day to day activites are unpredictable. The spa is also amazing and the massages were incredible. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, a good size and very comfortable.

On one or two occasions we could hear construction work nearby but Ubud is a bustling centre and some noise is to be expected.

Good location, great spa, nice rooms, pool, friendly staff

We didn’t have bathrobes in the room, the slippers weren’t changed every day, the floors in the room were dirty, but when cleaning them, no one ever washed them, like the surfaces of tables and cabinets. The towels were not very clean, the pool is very small To be honest, having lived in a hotel, I realized that its price is obviously dependent, for such a price it would be fashionable to choose a better hotel

We stayed 12 nights at the Adiwana Resort Jembawan and had an amazing time. The hotel's location is just perfect. Close to Ubud center. (Ubud palace and a lot of great places to eat) It's a real piece of heaven to relax and enjoy the quiet and calm at the swimming pool. The rooms are clean, spacious and really comfortable with forest view. (in our case) The bedding is just amazing and will ensure a good night sleep. The breakfast is served at Herballibrary with all-day serving as from 7am. It offers great choices and alternatives for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. You can count on tasty breakfasts throughout your stay. We even had a change in menu after one week making sure we had a renewed set of options. The hotel offers a list of interesting activities, we did Yoga every two days and want to specially thank Master Adi for the fun smiling yoga classes. The cooking class was both tasty and instructive. Special thanks to chef Alit and Komang for the good time and counseling. We had an heavenly time at Teja spa with a 3 day treatment program. Much recommended. Small tip: make sure to book 2 days in advance for any treatment. Ransome of success With all this said, the biggest thanks to the whole hotel crew. Each and everyone of you made our holidays peaceful, pleasant, smiling and near perfection. Your smiles, peace and kindness will not be forgotten and really missed. A very special thanks to Dwi for being our driver and local guide during our various trips. The Adiwana is located in a busy section of Ubud but you wouldn’t know it! It’s wonderfully quiet but has loads of shops, bars and restaurants near by, not to mention spas. We spent 5 nights at adiwana in ubud, from the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, great wifi, bathrooms etc. the spa was amazing, very professional - lots of different options, the staff go out of their way to assist you. Breakfasts were delicious and freshly made. We would not hesitate to give this delightful resort 5 stars!

Everything…In the heart of busy Ubud, yet in a charming small street with very little traffic, with very convenient massage shops, scooter rental shops and restaurants. The property itself is modern and beautiful. We stayed 9 nights in total in a 50-55m2m2 room at 3rd floor, spacious enough and comfortable with a large balcony with view on the swimming pool and the green. The staffs are so nice and helping. The size of the hotel is rather small so we felt at home. One particularity of the hotel is its restaurant « Herblibrary ». Open to public and serving your breakfast all day long for hotel guests. A lot of vegan, vegetarian and omnivore delicious cuisine for anyone until late in the evening. They have small music bands every night and we enjoyed every moment. We had a great time in Ubud, and Adiwana was a perfect choice. It is so close from the best little streets of Ubud and so calm at the same time.

Nothing to be concerned

The staff are the biggest asset - very responsive, will do everything they can to help, and always with big smiles. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Yoga classes available. Spa on site. Restaurant that serves the hotel, Herb Library, is really nice - they don’t have a bad dish. Excellent wifi (I was working throughout and had no connection issues).

It’s a lovely retreat away from the noise of the main street, even though it’s so central, so it was disappointing to have a couple of days where there were guests with kids constantly shouting and screaming - it completely ruined the atmosphere. There was also building work going on which could be heard in the spa and made it difficult to relax in there.

I recently stayed at Adiwana Resort Jembawan and had an incredible experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to attractions and amenities. The accommodations were comfortable, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay. 1. Food is good and healthy 2. They have 2 infinity pools with nice views 3. Rooms are clean, no bugs, humidity or any issues. We stayed in a lovely 70 m2 suite 4. Staff is amazing!

P.S: I would normally rate it lower for 2 reasons: 1. You have to pay the sparkling water at breakfast (its not the amount but I hate this kind of small things) 2. We did the free photo session, but, if you want the photos you have to pay 18€ per photo!!!! This kind of tourist traps disgust me! The only reason ive decided to still give it 10 is because of the staff which are simply great.

Great facilities. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Gym available. Quiet street, just off the crazy busy main road. Lovely places to eat right outside the door and in the street. Yoga on-site and also just 3 doors away. Poolside drinks and food available. I was traveling solo and found this hotel to be perfect for a solo female traveler.

There really is nothing to not like. This is a lovely hotel and I will definitely re-book. For me, the only negative is the water feature in one of the pools. It is so loud and more like someone standing there with the hose on full. Would be more peaceful if they just turned that off. Most people avoided that pool for that particular reason.

The facilities and service were exceptional. Staff were very attentive and always smiling. The two pools were a plus and the location is so close to all things central, including some great eateries on the same street. The location is an easy 15-20 min walk to monkey forest, and about 10-15 walk to the art market and Ubud palace. Their spa retreat on site was incredible. I had three treatments and couldn’t get enough!! Amazing care and attention from Cok Aya, Dewa Ayu, Dwipa, Dwik and Candra! Really just elevated the stay!

An incredibly minor issue that the staff were very considerate about was some work they were doing on installing a lift. The construction noise can be a little distracting but this is only temporary and will be great once finished so there’s greater accessibility for many more travelers. A small, temporary inconvenience which is why I have 9/10.
