Beautiful spacious rooms and quiet romantic pool

Staff didn’t understand English very well

its a small and cozy hotel ,12 rooms...very well designed ,spacious and well decorated...large bathrooms with a beautiful tub,showers with steaming hot water and good flow.. swimming pool is also well designed surrounded by lush green trees.. lots of cafes,stores and shops at a walkable distance ..

..nothing to complaint ..except that if you have problem climbing stairs ,you should select a room on the ground floor ..as there is no elevator ..

Hotel down a very pretty alley with beautiful gardens. Room was very large and pool area surrounded by very green plants and trees. Staff were friendly and supportive,

Bathroom could be a little cleaner - appreciate not easy with the humid climate. First day gardeners were using power tools one side / this was noisy and timing could have been better to avoid guests late afternoon pool time. 2nd day gardeners were at the back working right by our balcony so couldn’t use that. Felt the gardeners need to work different timings. Being on the ground floor we seemed constantly surrounded by them !

Best hotel in the Bali! Great stuff, cute rooms, beautiful pool. In central Ubud. Around a lot of warungs.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and always so helpful. They helped organize transportation for us and a whitewater rafting trip! Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, which had a great shower and bathtub. The pool was also nice and surrounded by beautiful plants. The location is ideal; it’s very central and a not too far of a walk to the Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. It’s on a street with tons of restaurants. We recommend the restaurant Ratatouille- it’s right on the corner of the entrance to the hotel, so it’s very convenient and the food is amazing! We loved that the location of this hotel was very central, but also a little further back from the main road so you couldn’t hear all of the traffic/ scooters from the street. The breakfast is amazing! The staff also went out of their way to provide us with a to-go breakfast for the days that we had early tours. Our stay here was great. We’d recommend to anyone!

This facility is conveniently located on Jalan Bisma, there is a minimart right in front of the entrance turn off and shops/ restaurants/ spas all along the road, within walking distance. The resort is so tranquil, lovely lush greenery and the pool is very refreshing. Rooms are clean, the aircon is super cool and water heats up super fast with excellent water pressure. Tv also has a lot of channels to select from. Staff are super friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast included in the package is very nice....a selection of fruit, fruit juices, continental breakfast, my favourite breakfast was the banana pancake and dragon fruit. Can not fault this stay, if you have an open mind you will enjoy your stay here in Ubud. Definitely bang for buck.

Nothing worth mentioning

Great location. Kind and helpful employees. Pool was cool, refreshing and pretty. Breakfasts were filling. Air conditioning was cold. Water provided daily and balcony was comfy. 10 minute walk to Monkey Forest, 15 minutes to ridge trail and just a short stroll to the Monkey Forest Road. Mini market at the end of the driveway and live music close by.

Bathroom has a moisture problem. Tub is cracked. Advertised restaurant and bar are closed, however, there are many within walking distance.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, healpful and respectful. The waited for my very late arrival, one day I missed breakfast time because I was on trekking to Mountain Batur and they brought my food in the room at lunch time (when I arrived at the hotel). The location is central, you have shops, markets, renting, travel agency and restaurants just outise hotel property.

It was clean everywhere but there was kind of a moisture smell in the bathroom, maybe it needs some pipes fixing, but still not uncomforatble.

However as per location, the road outside the hotel is the worse part of Bisma street. Broken pavers, pot holes and uncovered drainage that certainly needs repairing. When it rains in ubud, which is almost every night/afternoon in summer time - the water is all over the road making it harder to get back to the hotel. I had an accident on our first night there. my leg fell through the uncovered drainage which made the rest of our holiday a nightmare. I ended up with a long scatch on my leg that caused for me to get a tetanus shot etc and had to go to local hospital. Breakfast is below average - just go out for breakfast 🙂
