We loved the location of the hotel, it's near some nice restaurants and you can walk to Monkey Forest, Saraswati Temple and Ubud Palace from here. We also loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. You feel straight at home with them. They also helped us with transport from the airport to the hotel and we met a nice driver called Madé which also did a tour with us around the Rice Terraces, Water Temples and Coffee plantation. We also got compensated with a lovely massage for free, because we didn't use the breakfast facilities each morning. Thank you so much for your hospitality team Bali Sila Bisma, we will definitely return!

The rooms can be quite noisy, you have to be lucky with the people that are staying next or below you (we've had a family next to us and a baby in a room below us, but it wasn't a big deal).

Every aspect of this little place was lovely, a tropical paradise with absolutely wonderful staff who did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Comfortable beds/linens in one of the upstairs suites, laundry service (clean/folded by the end of day if you left your laundry at the front desk early enough), beautiful pool area which we had pretty much to ourselves.

Location was on a side street behind a restaurant which was fine; the construction going on at the property next door was a bit annoying but not the fault of the hotel. Bit of a hike to get anywhere, like the Bintang Supermarket for example, but if you don't need cheap souvenirs/food and are content with what's within one kilometer in any direction, this is the place for you. Older teenagers were happy here too.

We enjoyed the small pool, which gives this place a beautiful, luxurious and exclusive atmosphere (unfortunately it's a bit noisy outside from the neighbourhood tho). I guess such a pool is rare to find in other places, which tend to be crowded with other guests. Also, the staff was really friendly and attentive. The location is really convenient and central in Ubud with many high-rated restaurants and cafes in close walking distance.

The breakfast was a bit small and simple. Fortunately, we booked a quad room, so the two of us could order a little bit more. However, we expect a bit more complex and thoughtful options - especially for this price and comparing with other places in this "hip" neighbourhood. A plain sunnyside-up egg with fries and ketchup didn't do it for us. Maybe take some inspiration from other cafes nearby? And why not offer breakfast on the small veranda of the room? The ventilator box of our A/C (outside the building) was so noisy (like a helicopter) that it was hard to sleep while keeping it turned on at night. In consideration of our neighbours, we rarely used it. A second softer pillow would have been nice, too (my partner liked her's tho).

Very small hotel, just four rooms next to each other and some rooms above them, small but nice swiming pool, no opening hours so you could use it in the evening. It was quite, close to everything. Room was nice, comfortable beds with extra pillows, good wifi, not very useful furniture. But we had our stuff in the suitcases and it worked well. There was small fridge, clean, very useful for water. Pot for making tea or coffee. They refilled coffee and tea bags and small water every day.

Breakfest was not bad but it was a little bit boring. You had to order what you want for breakfest in advance and also order exact time for breakfast.

We were upgraded to a second floor suite overlooking the pool; extra large open concept room with a king and two twin beds that were very comfortable! Living room was large/bright with big picture window. Balcony overlooking pool was large and private (lots of trees!); over-sized beautiful bathroom with good water pressure, large stone soaker tub and double sinks. Dining area large/comfortable; authentic hand-carved furniture/decor

Breakfast was okay, very small/light by North American standards; very tasty but by no means enough to sustain three 6ft tall/180lb adults until midday. Our room had a mini fridge so we just stocked up! There's a restaurant immediately in front of the property that opened early/closed late and had a good selection.

From the moment we walked off the street this delightfully private, quiet ,lush property ticked all our boxes! We stayed in the Sky Suite 2 villa upstairs for 3nights which was our favourite accommodation on our whole trip. Beautifully presented rooms+furniture, biggest bathroom we've ever seen with a rainhead shower. There was a separate eating area for breakfast which was also lovely +included with our room. The balcony was a great addition with views over the pool, which was an oasis at the end of the day! Please please make sure you visit the spa/massage at the top of the driveway, 2 doors along, it is called T Glow and it is owned by Bali Sila Bisma - it was the ultimate spa experience for us in Bali, very affordable and you get a discount on top if you are a guest. Their service,as with the villas,was second to none. You will not be disappointed!!

This is only a minor detail, the air conditioning unit inside was very noisy,especially at night, upon saying this though, it worked excellent and did the job.

The room was big and very clean, with a nice view on the pool, the beds were comfortable. It was really calm although it is located in the center of Ubud. Just a minute walk to a supermarkt that stays open 24h, restaurants and shops; 25min Walk to the monkeyforrest, 15min walk to the start of the Ricefield paths in the center of Ubud. A fairly good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Bali Sila Bisma. It is a small property of about 8 units only which we really liked. The staff are very polite and helpful and just happy. The room was comfortable and very clean and the property is located on a wonderful street with eateries, mini marts, laundries and massage places everywhere. We walked everywhere from Bali Sila Bisma - Monkey Forest, Ubud Markets, Campuhan Ridge Walk and Subak Juwuk Manis to name a few. At the end of a days exploring, taking a dip in the pool was the icing on the cake. Oh, and a lovely breakfast is included daily.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean — the pool, the rooms, everything. It is also very near to some restaurants if you want to buy food. The rooms are very comfortable for rest after a long tour day at Bali. The rooms and comfort room are spacious and clean. The staff always regularly clean the room. The staff are also very nice and accommodating to our requests. They are very respectful and kind. The hotel is very affordable for its quality and comes with delicious free breakfast as well. Highly recommended!!

There is so much to like about this accommodation. It's Balinese owned, the location is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and big and of course the staff are truly beautiful. The breakfast was simple but lovely. Washing, tours, and motorbike hire can be arranged on-site. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us to stretch out. The pool was lovely and refreshing. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds and the clouds roll past the mountains. The property oozed tranquillity. Walking distance to Ubud centre and Ridge walk. Jl Bisma which is the road the accommodation is located on has all your need, restaurants, pubs, day spa, mini marts, tatoo, pharmacy, ice cream, local shops etc. The accommodation has a newly opened day spa, called TGlow. We tried several of the packages, including salt scrub, boreh wrap and Balinese massage, which were really lovely and very reasonable. This accommodation is up there as one of the best properties we've stayed at, and there have been many over so many years. Thank you Bali Sila Bisma. You should be very proud of your accommodation and service.
