Staff was very welcoming and kind. If you’d like to stay in a quiet place with jungle around that’s a great place. When I was there (Feb) there were not many people and every time I went for a swim it was just me. I loved the fact that it was not many people there and you can see the monkeys from your room! A big YES for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Also thanks for speedy lesson on the motorbike to the staff 🫶 Lovely walk down to the river (if you like steps and nature sounds). It depends what you are looking for. Make sure you’re fit enoigh and enjoy walking ups and down the stairs - it was fun for me though & it it gives a unique maze-like vibe. Be ready for the jungle sounds - I loved it!

It’s a bit run down and needs a bit of refurb. Potentially it’s covid consequences or I was just there „out of season”. Due to the „run down” it should be marked as 3 stars and not 4.

We loved everything! The location was serene, it’s a bit away from town, but it’s perfect if you want a real rest and relaxation experience. We even saw some monkeys playing around since the place is really jungle like! What an experience. Our villa had an amazing view, its own pool and a gorgeous toilet and bath. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Food was also great, the best nasi goreng we’ve had during our trip.

Bugs, but that was expected in a place like that in Ubud. The pool, since it’s in an open area, is prone to the occasional bugs, leaves, frogs, etc. but it’s fine with us, we just asked the staff to clean it. Not a lot of breakfast options

Peace at last. If you are looking for peace of mind this is a perfect place to just sit back, relax, and enjoy nature and the fresh air. Free shuttle to and from city center. Outstanding staff, extremely nice and welcoming & amazing huge luxurious room that fits the setting with astonishing view! Recommend you use the hotel taxi service from the airport. It’s easier and you don’t have to worry about the airport taxi’s taking advantage of tourist with prices. Also, the hotel already knows how to arrive. It’s 400,000 by day and 500,000 by night. Be sure to take out cash in the airport ATM for the taxi service. Very glad I chose this place to stay. I feel rejuvenated and reconnected. Thank you!

Recommend getting massage in city center. Only because you can get 5 massages in the city center (60,000 1hr) for the price of 1 massage at the hotel (300,000 1hr deep tissue). Either way it’s still a very low price, but just a recommendation. Food is also cheaper in city center as well, but hotel is not bad because of the convenience of it being right there. Overall, still inexpensive. Great place, thank you.

I loved EVERYTHING about it! ROOM: The room was very large, open, high pitched wooden ceiling and floor to ceiling windows that allowed so much natural light and unrestricted views of the jungle canopy. King size bed so comfortable and en-suite had large shower with glass screen so you could see jungle while having a shower! Very well equipped room including bar fridge, dining table/chairs, couch, tv and day bed. POOL: I did not request a private pool room and I wasn’t disappointed as the resort pool is stunning! So big and clean with amazing views! I often was the only one there so felt like I had my own private pool anyway! BREAKFAST: Breakfast was included in my price and you have the choice of Indonesian or American, with fresh fruit, fresh juice, tea or coffee. There is no buffet as not enough people but the food is good and more than enough to get you going in the morning! LOCATION: Location was perfect for me as I just wanted to stop and be surrounded by nature. It ticked all the boxes of peace, tranquility and beauty. If you want to go into Ubud Centre there is a free shuttle every 2 hrs and takes about 15 mins, which I did once in my 6 day stay. I just didn’t want to leave! STAFF: Beautiful, polite, friendly people, all willing to help if you need it!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like personally but be warned, for people with mobility problems…there are a LOT of stairs to reach rooms, pool, restaurant. I loved the challenge as I’m trying to stay fit but I can see this could be an issue for some people.

This hotel is what dreams are made of! The photos do not do the hotel justice! There are quite a lot of steps up and down to the rooms so not easily accessible but they are worth it when you get there! The staff are incredible helpful and friendly! Although this hotel is slightly out of ubud it doesn’t matter. There is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day with collection and if you want to go outside of the shuttle times the staff will organise a ride for you at a very fair price! It was the most fantastic stay and would 100% stay again.

Need the tiniest bit of TCL to make it perfect but it was WONDERFUL!

The property is very beautiful. The jungle surrounds it and there is a river which you can hear everywhere you go in the hotel. The atmosphere is very serene and it's very good for yoga and meditation. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food here was great, and the spa was excellent. I stayed only a night, so I think I need to come back since the area surrounding the hotel is also quite nice, you really get that cultural Ubud feel with the rice paddies everywhere. It is also close to Ubud Center, which I think 15 minutes drive. I recommend the Fried Duck here, it is one of the best ones I tried in Bali.

I think the place is better suited for couples, it is very romantic so maybe not so fun for the kids. Although if your kids are adventurous it could be quite fun for them as well. The swimming pool is big and has a shallow end. But I still think its better for the mature crowds.

I looked for WEEKS to find the perfect resort. I wanted quiet but easy to travel to and from, tucked into the jungle, a private pool, and a bar with a relaxed vibe. The staff was friendly, and the room was exactly the jungle paradise I was hoping for. Not to mention the breakfast every morning and the wonderful driver they booked to pick us up from the airport, Eka. If you are detail oriented like me and want something private and romantic, book here.

The property had amazing staff with complimentary breakfast that was really good. The view was good and everything all around. Floating breakfast is a must at least one day.

The shower drain we had was slow as it drained lots of water out of the shower. Aside, we had lizards inside the room and there are bugs/flys everywhere but it’s expected anywhere as it’s tropical Ubud not hotels fault.

The property was beautiful, great jungle view and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was ok.

The sheets smelled dusty all the time. Our room was down very huge steps, which is fine for young guests, but I wouldnt recommend for seniors. Also, the hotel is a bit far from all the touristic points in ubud, so planning transportation around is essential.

Liked a private pool a lot! All staff that were very nice and welcoming! Massive bed that's very comfortable! Awesome shower and bath combined together. Lovely teacher of yoga! Also, mesmerizing sounds of the jungle. Overall, really enjoyed this experience!

The only little minus - lots of stairs to climb every day. Perfect for those who like active mornings though :)
