Excellent staff and service! Wahyu, Laura and their manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. They were warm and sweet, and always ahead of our own expectations or needs during our stay at Adiwama Bisma. We stayed for four nights at the hotel as part of our honeymoon in Bali and when they found out they prepared a cake, laid out a special and delicate petals decoration and left a rose on our room, among other sweet gestures (note that we are two women and we never know 100% how LGBTQI+ friendly hotels are going to be in another country, and Adiwama Bisma staff were the most friendly we've seen up until now) . The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the shower is a treat with lots of space, great water pressure and toiletries. The views to the rice fields are beautiful and it feels private, no people passing by, it's quiet. The swimming pool with views to the jungle forest are amazing, rain or no rain, it's a gorgeous view of Ubud's nature. Location is very convenient, it's a short 10min walk to the Monkey Forest and similar distance to the palace/central area, Grab app (Uber like in Indonesia) works really well if you prefer a short drive. It's located in a parallel street to the main Ubud ones, so it's not as busy but still has restaurants, mini markets and shops within walking distance. Breakfast is served at Pistachio restaurant in the hotel, and it is truly great, so many filling options to choose from, great quality as well and their staff are super nice, Johny to start with, but actually everyone who helped us and always smiled at us. My wife had Bali belly and Wahyu at reception arranged with the restaurant staff to provide ginger and lemon tea at night and in the mornings to help her heal (thank you!). We also ordered room service from the restaurant and it was perfect. Just a big thank you to the Adiwana family for making us feel at home, we did not want to leave Ubud after our experience...

The location was perfect right in center of Ubud with many great restaurant options very close by and plenty of shops. However the hotel was quiet and serene. Its surrounded by luscious green forest and the view from the rooftop pool is stunning. The rooms are very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Gede, as he offered us an amaizing experience by organizing very diverse trips for us in which he explained us everything about balinese culture and life. He was very friendly and polite and by the end of our vacation we felt that there was a special bond between us. Adiwana was a wonderful experience which we would recommend to anybody coming to Ubud for a very relaxing and culturally rich time!!!

Nothing actually

The hotel is at a perfect location. Most of the attractions you may find in Ubud are within walking reach. It is far from the street, hence a perfect oasis. the hotel was just opened pre Covid, so being very new, clean, stylish, comfortable. the pool is just amazing, you can not get enough from the views up there. the staff is just beyond nice. they welcome you in the hotel like family. all is explained, you remain without questions. even the room is showed around which I found really useful actually. they would really take care of everything you wish for yourself. there was nothing they have not arranged for us we have liked for. the breakfast is available during the whole opening time of the main restaurant, which is a great add on so that you may relax and go to eat whenever you feel like, not when the breakfast is scheduled for you.

perhaps the only thing I would mention which is not a real dislike, rather a comment is that the restaurant is quite slow in terms of serving your order. however one could say, why hurry when you are at vacation. other than that nothing to dislike about this property.

We love the all day breakfast which you can order any time of the day. The food was also great. I’d recommend to give the pistachio restaurant a try. The spare ribs was excellent. Service at the hotel was at its best. Even after checking out, they allowed us to take a shower at the spa (as we were out early in the morning at Mount Batur) and also have the breakfast before we leave. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed at the rice-field view room. It is at the ground floor and the balcony opens out to a rice field. So quiet and serene in the morning. The location of the hotel is also ideal as it is only a short walk to the Main Street of Ubud, and there’s plenty of restaurants and spas around the hotel. We want to thank the staff at Adiwana Bisma for a memorable stay although it was a short one. Highly recommended.

From the moment we were greeted on arrival and shown round by the lovely Mila, we knew we were going to love this place. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to all Ubud's main sights, galleries, markets and shops without being in the traffic of the main roads. This is especially useful in peak season when Ubud gets very crowded. We loved the pool with the glorious unspoilt views over the valley and beautiful vegetation, lovely bar up there too. The rice paddy view rooms were spacious, good wifi, lovely bathroom and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a teenage child on a rollaway bed. The breakfast choice was fantastic and cooked to order. We would definitely come again. Every single member of staff we came across was really helpful and excellent.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The service was incredible and the room was exceptional. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of little eco friendly details, like reusable shopping bag and refill water bottles (no single use plastic). The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice. I hurt myself on a hike and the staff could not do more to assist in cleaning my leg wound and making sure I was okay. Laura on reception is very helpful and her customer service is probably the best I have ever received. Thank you so much for making our stay special!

Poolside and location are good. Pretty quiet location and short walk distance to main street and restaurants. Construction is still going and we get to change the room because the noise.

Rooms could be more cleaner for example the shower and bathroom. Restaurant Pistacio was a dissapointment, the food was not good enough but service was ok, sometimes too slow and they forgot to bring something which we asked earlier. Construction is still going strong and we heard some very loud noises in morning and got to change the room which was nice, even though the new room was a close to reception and we heard people from outside and in the night we noticed that the sealing light was on all the time and it was broken.

If you are going to stay in Ubud, Adiwana Bisma is the perfect place for you. The hotel is at 10 mins walk from the city center, and the view from the pool is amazing. The pool itself is not so crowded, especially in the morning, so no wories about the sunbeds. The room was clean and exactly as in the photos of presentation. The staff is very nice, they are always smiling and they would do anything for you in order to feel good. We did not have any worries at this hotel. Everything was amazing. We love it. I totally recommend it!

Loved the location in a quiet street yet easy walk to main road and all the action. Jungle room was tranquil. Roof top pool and surrounding view is fantastic.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Ubud Centre on a quiet street. The staff are amazing - thank you especially to Indira and Mura for making us feel welcome and looked after! The pool area has a great view and you can watch the sunset with cocktails or a bintang. The rooms are spacious - we had a balcony, shower snd bathtub! Afternoon tea/coffee and cake is included.

The air conditioning is a bit loud. The sink and shower in our room did not drain well. On arrival they told us that our booked room wasn‘t available due to air conditioning problems. We were downgraded (despite being on our honeymoon) but they did offer us free massages, cocktails and a floating breakfast as compensation. (we didn’t take the massages and the breakfast was not the best) The food at the pool area/the breakfast at pistachio restaurant did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.
