breakfast was not bad, but they charge for small things extra which could be easily handled more comfortable for the guests (make the portions smaller and allow the guests to order two kind of “main dishes”). Gym is so small, no window (not really necessary, they offer yoga classes)

The staff here go above and beyond for you! So friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning, especially the pool area. We had a yoga class and a spa treatment followed by a flower bath which was so good because monkeys come up the window it was incredible! The candle light dinner is 100% worth it, it was in the wedding chapel over looking the jungle during sunset, gorgeous food! We went for our honeymoon and our bed was decorated and we received a cake with “happy honeymoon” during dinner on our first night. I highly recommend this hotel

This is my 7th trip to Bali and hands down this is the best bed I have slept on here. I am a bed SNOB and would happily have this bed in my own home. The staff were delightful, happy to help at any time and nothing was too much trouble

I didn't love the breakfast options so we did eat out almost every day.

The two bedroom villa was incredible with a private pool overlooking the rice paddy’s. Large, clean, comfortable rooms with Netflix and music. It was great seeing the monkeys.. no need to pay for a monkey forest, just stay here and they’ll come to you!

The main pool deck was being reconstructed which was a shame as we couldn’t enjoy the area. We felt we had much better value for money in Canggu & Seminyak villas which were half the price. Didn’t love the breakfast but was great coffee. Although the Monkeys were great to see they do like to rummage through your room and hunt for food so make sure you lock your villa doors and windows at all times!

location on Bisma Jalan- perfect for being walking distance to lots of restaurants but resort felt quiet and peaceful. It is close to the monkey forest so occasionally we had monkeys in the tree outside our room and even on our balcony, they didn’t try to get into the room or anything, they were getting food from the trees and sheltering for a rain shower. Rooms- stayed in a forest suite that was immaculate, great shower, large comfortable bed, has amazon echo, water provided daily and turn down service always left beautiful displays on the bed. food- breakfast was amazing- the best we’ve had in Bali, crispy poached eggs are a must! and everything fairly priced considering that quality that is served- if it wasn’t inc in our stay I would have still eaten at Wild Air. Pre ordering is optional you can decide on the day- we only pre ordered when we had excursions booked and needed to be places at certain times- the staff were very accommodating and even provided us with a late breakfast one day so we wouldn’t miss out- a service we really appreciated. the staff are amazing!!! friendly, attentive and go above and beyond. They are knowledgable about the area if you need advice and take really good care of you. their friendliness, smiles and attention to detail on the professional service provided made our stay very special. Amazing rooms, really large and beautiful view. And the bath inside the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the monkey Forest and close to a lot of restaurants and rice fields.

The pictures online of the pool and net hammocks are outdated. Looks a bit older. Also the restaurant overlooks the pool, which is a nice view but everyone is watching you swim :) The restaurant staff were lovely. But considering the area around the hotel, the food and drinks were very overpriced.

Beautiful room with a super comfy bed. The room was nice and clean with cleaners coming in sometimes up to 3 times a day to refill water or change linen! The staff were are so lovely to us, always chatting when you returned from your day out. The jungle view from the balcony was awesome! We also really enjoyed the included breakfast :)

The location was fine, but a little bit away from the main strip. Still plenty of restaurants and shops in an easy walking distance (road is slightly sketchy at the start). We usually walked about 20 mins to get the restaurants we wanted to go to in the busier areas.

The property is beautiful, so peaceful and fun with the dinner shows ! Delicious food, my husband and I wound risk going anywhere else. the views are amazing and the SPA a great experience. All the staff is extremely nice

This place could have been a 10, I was disappointed on the fact that they had construction around and In front of our room, dust was everywhere in the mornings and afternoons. I would have expected to let us know before hand so we could choose a different room and enjoy with out all the noise. A suggestion on the outdoor pool, would be to have the water heated up.

it’s very expensive compared to other places around the area. A spa treatment in an excellent spa 150 m outside the hotel is 50% cheaper.’Diner was also quit expensive. If you want a bit of exclusivity and money is not an issue then this is your place.!
