I stayed at the top floor and the room was very spacious with a large varanda. The varanda isn't totally enclosed and there is a small access and view to the other varandas. The pool was nice but right in the circulation and not so private and spacious. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as I like to have great healthy breakfasts in the nice restaurants, the cafe area is nice though.

One of the staff said that the Gojek doesn't operate in the area, which wasn't true so I didn't like it.

I loved everything about this place! Extended my stay by 3 nights because it was so nice. Female solo traveller and I felt so safe here! It would also be ideal for couples/families. great location, lovely restaurants near by but just down a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of busy Ubud. Great shower. Great A/C. Rooms were cleaned everyday - place was spotless. Wifi worked great for me. Lovely breakfast. Lovely staff. cannot recommend enough!

I loved everything!

We had 2 rooms with a balcony and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was served in the restaurant area and ranged from fruit, to toast, eggs and typical balinese cuisine. It was in a quiet street and we so glad we were not near the main street as it was very busy with traffic. Enjoyed the pool area and surrounding gardens. We were only a short walk away from some great restaurants all located in the same street as the accommodation.

The only negative was that the pool seemed to be in the shade quite a bit of the day, but apart from that the stay was great.

Really beautiful room with view to the garden and pool, clean sheets and good bed. The staff was really nice, they cleaned the room daily and change tge towels. Big balcony. Beautiful pool, nice for kids to swim. Very beautiful garden with luxuriant vegetation. The location close to the city center and Monkey Forest. Very easy to reach everything. Good breakfast. Quiet.

The door at the bathroom couldn't be closed easily and although it was a separate space for the shower, the water reached other areas because there wad no glass separating these spaces.

This hotel was amazing. the staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions I had or assist me in any way. The room was comfortable and spacious and the back balconies overlook a small rice field which is amazing. The restaurant attached had great food choices and again the staff were brilliant. The only fault is that there are some gaps in the doors to the outside balcony, which one night meant a lizard got into my room. But it’s insignificant to how good the hotel and hotel staff are.

Location was excellent, just off the main roads of Ubud, nice short walk to the hustle and bustle of Ubud, plenty of restaurants, shops and pharmacy just up the road. Room was extremely spacious, comfortable bed and clean room. Modern bathroom with a lovely shower and nice balcony. Staff lovely and very nice large pool area with loungers. Breakfast included was good!

Few small issues we had, we was in room number 1 which backed onto another hotel. Loud music from the hotel which could be heard in the room till about 11pm so not the end of the world. Issue with the window in our room which let sound in but was fixed when we asked. Crack in the wall in the bathroom which let some ants in, could do with being filled in. Balcony doors had massive gaps in which let noise from outside in, a little annoying and could do with being fixed as you can hear all the noise from the animals and music outside.

Very good location in the Ubud centre. Clean and cozy. Friendly staffs. Amazing breakfast. Serene pool in the evenings. Offers bike rentals and other car rentals for day trips and transfers as well.

Sometimes it's difficult to communicate with the staff in the reception (language barrier). That's the only small issue I faced. Everything else was perfect. Price can be a little cheaper compared to other similar cottages in the area.

This hotel is excellent value for money, comfy beds, decent breakfast options and staff are friendly and helpful. There are various restaurants, bars and shops nearby and we found a great driver through reception who we used a few times.

Hotel is located at the end of a fairly long road, it is quiet and peaceful and walkable to Monkey Forest but personally we got fed up with the lengthy walk back to the hotel after a night out or if we have been exploring ubud on foot. If you are hiring a moped this won't be an issue but for us it just got a bit tiring.

The property was great value, everything you need at a great price All they need are some new towels and it would be perfect ~ I have paid a lot more to stay at much less hotels if you have mobility issues request a ground floor unit as the steps are a bit steep to the top floor

Everything was great ! Not the property but the location of walking in the night there are parts of the road with poor lighting and big drains potential hazard as I said not the resort but good for people to know - take a torch

The place is cozy with a decent size room and a comfortable bed. The onsite restaurant serves good food and is setup nicely. Staff is nice and always ready to help. The person at the reception (Widi) was very helpful and ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

The bathroom drainage could definitely have been better as it took time for water to drain so taking shower was a bit uncomfortable.
