Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel

The location - perfect, center of city, walk anywhere you like, but the street is not busy and quiet. It's really hard to find a better location in Ubud. View from the rooms is perfect, above expectations, we had suit on the second floor. Watched the rice terraces, all the cycle of growing rice, with lots of birds. No insects onsite, very clean in the rooms and around. The hotel is very green, they have two pools - perfect, clean and deep. It feels people do a very good care of the territory. Rooms are big, bath is nice with enough hot water. Rooms are quiet - sound insulation is on a very nice level. Overall, I think property definitely costs its money and we will be happy to stay here again.

Having a kitchen with a stove may be a bonus to comfort for those who want to do self cooking, and larger fridges in the rooms or a big public fridge may solve the issue of sudden hunger :) (but it is not a serious issue - a lot of cafes in the area, you may never want to cook yourself - we stayed in total almost a month and may be we just were too long on cafe food?). Internet speed may be a bit higher, average speed was 18-23Mbit with sometimes interruptions. - but it was enough for our kids online study. Water in the cooler tastes not perfect, may be should change the supplier?

Simple good design, with two pools cleverly placed so one warmer than the other depending on time of year. Nice views over rice fields. Good presentation and large rooms

The settings are delightful, the big pool and the smaller one, overlooking rice fields. The dining area is outdoor undercover, over looking the pool and flowers. The staff are generally very lovely. Especially the cleaning staff and reception staff. The view from our room was great.

COVID 19 years must have put their mark on many places including this one, and they are still trying to recover. We stayed in this hotel in 2018 and could compare. Breakfast had only one good dish but for meat eaters only. For vegetarians there was a variety on offer- but all were very poor quality dishes! We had 4 breakfasts. There was no lactose free milks either. The Laundry of bedsheets was poor, there were some clean but stained pillow cases and towels. If you have special needs diet restrictions, it’s worth writing to the hotel in advance.

Impeccably clean, quiet, private and tranquil. The rooms were vast for the price and it was so, so relaxi g to be able to retire in the evenings knowing I had a desk to work at, a couch to recline in and a full size bathroom. Honestly, I could have lived in a space this size!

My only criticism is that some areas are rarely staffed. The bar was almost always empty of patrons and staff and the other services aren't very clearly advised, you have to enquire at reception, but they're very helpful so it isn't much of an issue.

Pools were great & poolside drinks were a great price but room still had previous persons hair on floor, fridge was old, shower needed replacing as the head would spray all over but otherwise no issues and likely to stay again. Wifi was great, staff were fabulous and attentive when they needed to be, but didn’t bother you! Room was very spacious, bed hard but actually was comfy so couldn’t fault the nights of sleep. Would still recommend anyone to stay here. Good location, away from the craziness of ubud but close enough to walk to the hype of it all and our stay was nice and quiet. Our room overlooked rice fields with serene views. We enjoyed having a drink in some of the bars on the same road. Wanted a massage at Putu Artini but fully booked so would recommend to book as soon as you arrive for a luxurious massage. We also used the ATM nearby that was perfectly safe. Staff were great to advise of the good & bad.

Nice place with great location. 15 minutes walk to the city center, but the street is full of restaurants, small shopping stores, 7/11, currency exchange, so basically all you need is located on the small street. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple but nice. We have monkeys 🐒 on our balcony on the first day just chilling for few minutes before moving on. You basically get what you pay for. We didn't expected much for the price we paid but were definitely happy with what we got.

The facility is a bit old and run down. The shower in our room was leaking a bit. The front door was a bit warble as well. You have a safe in the cardboard but not secure, so it can be removed from the room. TV had no remote.

the room was really big and the bed comfortable. the shower was reasonable with plenty of hot water. breakfast was good. the view of the rice fields was lovely and the sunset from the room was breathtaking. the pool outside the room was perfect and never busy

the hotel offers breakfast but no other food or drink facilities. it is early days and they anticipate this being available by around April. we just ate out and bought some beer for the fridge to have by the pool so not a major problem

Very convenient position far from the Ubud confusion. It consists in a number of villas surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with 2 pools. Staff very kind and attentive

We stayed 5 nights of which 3 in the ground floor rooms and 3 at the first floor. Ground floor rooms require a bit of renovation and are very wet, with an unpleasant smelling. Furthermore, some days the towels where not that lean

This is a wonderful quite hotel, very tranquil, ideal getting away from the busy Ubud streets Great location within walking distance a few minutes away of great bars, restaurants, spa, local shops and laundry Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Ideal for solo, couple of families

That they did not serve any lunch or dinner so you had to go outside, especially as it was raining a lot so would be nice to have in house

The size of the bedroom is more than enough. We also had to work for a couple of days and I have to tell that by far this is the best Wifi connection we've had during our stay in the island of Bali. Both of the pools are very well taken care of. One of them is a bit larger and can be used for proper swimming, too! The staff were more than great, always welcoming you and there to assist if and when needed.

Nothing, it's a great value for money deal and I sincerely recommend this place.
