The ambient is just priceless. The view of the Restaurant and infinity pool is gorgeous. Food and breakfast is pretty nice and having those at this view was a calming experience. Super friendly staff and the villa is just so nicely thought. It has a comfy bed with fly curtains, a tub at garden, and an area to sit and chill if you want. The location is also 20 mins away from Ubud center with bike.

We couldnt enjoy the Retreat at all because of all the construction sounds! There is a construction going on right under the hotel and they start working very early in the morning for whole week. There should be an agreement with the hotel about that because this is a Retreat hotel and construction noisses should be limited to certain hours per day. There is also a shop just cross the Street so grinding machine sounds comes from there as well! The 3rd noisy thing was the personnel swiping the floors everyday. They are just using a broom which makes hella noise, thats Okay but they do it like 8 am in the morning all the way up to your villa door. It definetly wakes you up and its impossible to go back to sleep with all that construction noises.

I did not like that sometimes, in our room entered small bugs. But this is Ubud. This is nature.

The bungalows are super functional- I liked the idea of two sinks and that you have two hanging areas and two places were to put suitcases.we didn't have the time to use the bath tub or the terrace but was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff helpful. Breakfast was nice, and even if we needed one at 10.40am (breakfast is 7.30 to 10am) they served in the room exceptionally. I am very picky when it comes to cleaness, and rarely feel to walk barefoot in hotels but here I felt comfortable doing it.

The construction starts at 8am so if u feel like sleeping till late u may experience noise and drilling. The hotels is far from the centre which is ok but we could hear motorbikes at night- we didn't wake up because of that but we could hear from far. Despite this, I would still go back

The photos don’t lie, this place is absolutely stunning. There are only 8 villas which gives it a personal touch , the staff are exceptional. The location as stated is a bit out of Ubud, which by taxi can take a while with the traffic (30mins and 100k) . If you’re prepared to Gojek it’s much quicker and cheaper (need Indonesian SIM ) After a few trips to Ubud I was so glad to retreat back here - it’s lush!

The only reason I didn’t give 10 was there was quite a bit of noise until late in the evening with construction behind my villa. It can’t be helped and will end but was a bit annoying .

The pool and restaurant area were stunning and offered amazing jungle views. Staff were extremely friendly, and the room facilities were the best we've experienced on our trip - everything was new and shiny. The room layout felt great and was well thought through

There was ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel (April 2023), but it didn't bother us at all and it didn't obstruct the great views from the pool. It was only visible when leaning over the pool edge looking down. We were missing some shaded sunbeds around the pool - there was only one umbrella which, depending on the time of day, didn't even cover the sunbeds. It was hot!

The property is stunning and intimate. Room looks even more beautiful than pictured. The outside bath was enjoyable. High quality linen, very soft and luxurious, perfect for sleeping in. The breakfast was delicious, the infinity pool was great too. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Also it is secluded from Ubud centre so go if you are looking for some quiet/ tranquil experience. Cannot fault this property on anything I had everything I needed.

I think the property could use some tour suggestions and group activities seeing as it is far out from centre it would help the patrons to get some ideas on what to do and transportation to get there

The property is beautiful and is located away from the hustle bustle of the city with Ubud palace and market easily accessible at a distance of 6 kms. Celuk Village which has options for buying silver jewellery is located to the south of the property at a distance of around 7 kms. The staff was polite and the quality of food was good. On request they arranged scooter for us and they also had an option of spa that will be arranged if informed in advance. Overall, our stay here was pleasant and we would love to come back again

I wish they had hand spray too in the toilet.

Staff are great, the bungalows are very nice, new and clean. Bungalows have a nice sitting area outside where one can relax reading a book. I loved the swimming pool overlooking the river.

Breakfast is disappointing. Few options and small portions. If you are vegetarian there are no options for Western style breakfast. Coffee is instant, unless you pay the difference. Also since it is a small resort, guests should be reminded not to make noise late at night, particularly those who are in the bar/ swimming pool area.

We really enjoyed the stay! This is very nice accomodation, we have got welcome drink after our arrival. Pool with the jungle view is great, there are only few villas so there is chance that you will be at pool alone. Restaurant is basic, but breakfast was really good and the portion was quite big. We really enjoyed the breakfast with stunning view. Staff is also very nice and helpfull. Also we really like our villa with very comfortable bed and bathtube in little backyard. Surrouding of every villa is full of plants so there is enough privacy. Location is good, you can rent the motor bike at hotel or take a taxi to get to Ubud center. (There is absolutely no problem with distance). Also 2 minutes of walking is really great warung, where you can also have lunch or dinner. Thank you for amazing beginning of our holiday in Bali. :)

Excellent clean property on a cliff edge in Ubud . Infinity pool overlooking the Wos River and green tranquil forest views offers an instant calming peaceful effect on the senses.

Steep steps to all 7 villas so not for guests with knee problems . Don't get put off by the dirt road leading up to retreat and the reception/ office entrance. Food at restaurant is limited but the floating breakfast for just 10 Aud was a real treat and a must do. Overall a great accommodation for a peaceful stay
