The inhouse Tulsi restaurant is amazing! The staff are really kind and sweet. We went for a 4 day trip to get out of the hectic work schedule and we totally loved it. The place is so relaxing. My personal opinion - You don't even have to go anywhere , just chill in Tulsi cafe. Tulsi restaurant dishes were really tasty. Nasi goreng, smoothies .. don't forget to try Tulsi restaurant. The massage is also good.

Nothing much I can think of. The resort is located at 15 mins by bike ride from central Ubud. I won't complain about this because I was looking for a peaceful place and this satisfied me.

Wow! I’ve been traveling for the past 5 months and this has been my favourite stay thus far. The staff, in every department (front desk, housekeeping, spa, restaurant, yoga instructors), are all so welcoming & friendly! The place looks magical, with surrounding palm trees, hibiscus and frangipani everywhere. The spa treatments are so relaxing, such good massages and lovely flower baths. The food was surprisingly good, I usually have a hard time being vegetarian and gluten free but there was plenty of options, and when I mentioned my dietary restrictions they were even able to make some of the dishes veg/gf, thank you! The kundalini yoga is what I originally came for, and I’m so happy I did. The instructors are amazing and I’ve learned a ton. The beds (I stayed in two different rooms) are super comfortable. It was lovely being in a routine of yoga, swimming, healthy foods and happy people around. I’ll be back!

Great location, great views, very Instagramable. Breakfast was alright, pancakes, French toast should be warm but that's minor.... Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. The receptionist in the evening helped me to get a motor bike.

Staff very bad trained in removing dirty dishes. They were on sun beds the pool on the rooftop terrace, outside the rooms. Waitress brings drinks but somehow doesn't feel responsible to take the dirty dishes from around. That's definitely a management issue. I also texted them via WhatsApp in order to ask for a motor bike while I was in the city. Only reply in the morning. If you offer service like that, maintain it. Same with your communication in bookings.

1. The breakfast selection was nice and better than most other resorts in Bali. The other items on the menu were also good. I liked the margherita pizza so much I ordered it every day! 2. The view from and the cool breeze flowing through our 4th floor corner suite are the two things beckoning me to go back to Om Ham 3. Near a lot of restaurants and cafes - 5-10 minutes away including Bali Market and Bali Palace 4. All of the staff were war, friendly, approachable and helpful

1. There was no table to place stuff inside the large bathroom. Had to cram all our toiletries on the small washbasin. This could be easily fixed with the provision of a small table or cabinet inside the bathroom 2. Wifi can be better - drops off from time to time. Difficult for digital nomads and using the resort for work 3. Massage rates are higher than other resorts nearby

I come back here everytime I’m in Bali. This is a truly special place, peaceful, with beautiful energy and the staff. the yoga here is the only one that I truly like and the restaurant has delicious food. As it is under the same establishment as Bodyworks Ubud - the massages and treatments here are just as amazing. you are surrounded by nature and I like the fact that is a little bit away from the centre, it’s a nice drive whether you are driving yourself or Gojek-ing / taxi.

It’s a really cute place that is nestled in with the surroundings. Great place especially if you are looking to stay somewhere more in nature as it overlooks the rice fields. They offer free yoga classes at 9 am each day which were fun to attend as well as free breakfast each morning. The food was fairly good and is great if you are someone trying to eat very healthy as they have many nutritious meals. The staff are all extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are nice with a large bed, TV and bathroom.

The only downside was that it is a bit of trek to get to downtown Ubud and like most of Bali is not very walkable immediately outside of the hotel. Luckily, they offer a free shuttle service everyday to downtown Ubud that drops you off at 11 and picks you up at 4.

Everything! It was an incredible experience staying at this gem in Ubud. The garden has a stunning view of rice fields. It also has beautiful nature and it well decorated with lamps and stones. Very peaceful space with a beautiful pool. The stuff was another part of high quality in service. All of them are super attentive, very politely, and always with a smile. The restaurant has a variety of dishes and the breakfast too. It also has a variety of wellness treatments! The location is the best if you are looking for something outside of the crowdy Ubud. it takes 15 mins in the motorbike to be in Ubud, so it's easy to keep discovering the island. I definitely recommend this place!! You won't regret

Nothing at all.

The pool area and massage services were great. So relaxing. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety to get your day started. Definitely a very peaceful location out of Ubud but not far that it was hard to travel, just need access to a driver or grab services. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and it felt like a retreat. The grounds were well looked after. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The bed wasn’t great, it was quite hard and there was one large wood plank underneath the mattress so it was also super noisy when sitting down on it. However, we were able to sleep over our 3 night stay it was just a personal preference. Not a lot of sound proofing so you could hear the workers start sweeping in the morning just before 7. Also had some noisy neighbours outside our room from 6:30 on the verandahs which are just one walkway.

The kindness of all the staff, who from the moment we arrived helped us to feel more comfortable and to get to the places we wanted to visit. The service is amazing, the restaurant is really nice as the food they make and with good prices too. And a detail not less important: breakfast is great. We got two different rooms during our stay, both of them were excellent, if I have to recommend it would be definitely Superior Room. The views, the common areas, the pool, the spa service (best massage experience ever); everything all together with the people that work there made our best hotel’s experience in Bali. A special thanks for the details they had on my birthday. Definitely coming back when I have the chance!

Breakfast was excellent. The view and setting were beautiful, and the pool was very pleasant to sit by. The staff are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was too hard for my preference. While there is a safe in the room, it is not attached to anything. The whole thing could easily be picked up and taken away! It needs to be bolted to the shelf. The hotel transport is expensive and there is only one shuttle service per day into Ubud. Fortunately, Gojeck helps overcome this.
