Excellent service, if you had issues the staff helped immediately and all was according to the price. Near all the handcraft factories so you can go and visit and see how they work and get local art for much better price than in the center of Ubud. Less chaotic as you are not exposed to the traffic and noice of the center. The pool was clean and the terraces were cozy to relax and get food and drinks. Four different breakfasts types so you can change everyday and don’t get bored

If you are sensible to noise, you can hear when other guests enter the hotel. You have to take transport to the center of Ubud but still cheaper than getting the quality of hotel in the center. The view is not like the pictures but close. Make sure you get rooms facing the fields and not in the back otherwise the rooms are dark but if you aren’t much in the hotel it is just ok.

We had a really pleasant stay at Puri Padma hotel! Beds are comfy, rooms are quiet at night, there is nice pool and terrace, you can rent a bike, eat at the restaurant. Ubud centre is only 5 min drive away (if there’s no traffic).

The rooms are bit small and very dark. We were lucky to get the last room at the hallway so we could keep our blinds open, because that’s where your window is, to the hallway. I don’t think we would have had such a nice stay if we would have got a different room.

Gorgoeus hotel, modern amenities. Comfy room, good AC, lovely pool and restaurant area. Option to have room cleaned every day. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Option to rent car/bike from hotel and also book tours. Some shops/restaurants around hotel.

Location was about 30 mins walk from main streets of Ubud but there were shops and restaurants around and you could rent a bike, not an issue just to be aware. Also the shower, water heater and sink all had a leak which was attracting ants to the room.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Staff were available when you needed them and were very helpfull. Our room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. The location was 5 minutes from ubud Central and was quiet and worth it as the place was clean. The pool and spa were beautifull and the loungers on the roof were lovely. We rented a scooter one of the days from the hotel and it was very reasonable. We ate breakfast here and it was also lovely.

The rooms are very small and have very little space for clothing and moving around ! I found the room very cramped ! Also they dont have a fridge for you to keep water cool ! The water pressure in the shower is not great either however it was warm! The street the hotel is on has very little for tourists on it but its a short taxi ride to ubud Central!

The property is close to city center, not quite walkable but a short drive. The hotel has a free shuttle which made it easy to get to the center. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, and it was a great deal for the price. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there was a nice view. Staff were always friendly around the hotel. 😊

Only downside is that at night there was a lot of bugs on the balcony which would come in the room under the door

I upgraded to Super Deluxe room and it was lovely. The morning view of the mountain and sunrise was breathtaking. The room was spacious, well designed, cozy. The bed was comfortable. Internet connection was good. TV channels were great. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was too deep for kids (125cm). The bathroom and bathtub were a bit tiny, but the bedroom and comfort made up for it.

The hotel staff were incredible and so kind and accommodating! The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, lovely view and large range of amenities. The location was perfect and could grab a GoJek from right outside very easily. We got a lovely spa on our last morning which was incredible. Breakfast options were also great!

Comfortable and clean room, the terrace on the 4th floor is a must, day and night! The hotel offers several services such as spa, driver, motorcycle rental, bar, restaurant and others which makes everything very convenient. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs some renovation but not a huge issue. Totally recommend it!

The bathroom was a bit tired. The sewage smell was off-putting and we had back pain from the sagging mattress. It was not easy to walk from the hotel to Ubud center as it is a bit far and there was construction with many big holes on the sidewalk.

it was a lovely stay there, staff was helpful and wonderful. the pool was great for a swim or just cool down. the view was exceptional. the room was prepared each morning and was well equipped.

my room was great, but had small ants running around, which didn’t really bothered me just when they got in the bed. but the room was cleaned and prepared each morning
