Incredible people on the Ubud Tropical Team, THANK YOU FOR YOUR NICE SMILE AND PROFESSIONALISM! amazing piece of paradise in the busy UBUD. I love the calm, cleanning standars and all the spots to enjoy it the venue. A lovely afternoon reading next to the pool with the water sound as soundtrack, or the wild birds around with the stuning butterflies running on your sky. The beds are really comfy, with private charging place, light and courtain. The kitchen is open and great and the location is close to everything but far enought for having that peace. I will come back for sure!! Thank you very much!! Was great!!

I would suggest to check the cocktail menu and put a little focus on the continue offer. But just to add something, because was really good!

The facilities are very nice looking and well maintained. Gardens, lights at night, beautiful pools front of the jungle, shared kitchen with loads of utensils, couch to chill. There's a LOT of people. Not necessarily social hostel when I was there. If you want privacy, cosy, be in your world, I wouldn't say it's the vibe.

Dorms quickly over packed with all the backpack and stuff cause the rooms is quite small for the amount of people. Showers could be better maintained. With a place this nice, things a bit "meh" stands out more.

I had never experienced a double bed in a dormitory, but i really liked they had a curtain to make some privacy. The garden with the pool was just amazing! The kitchen was pretty furnished and there was the possibility to refill the water.

It was a bit far from the center, so we always had to book a scooter. The room didn't have a mirror, so we had to go in the shared bathrooms where there was just one for everyone. The bathroom was mixed for male and female and I didn't really understood that. Unfortunately they just make noodles or eggs for breakfast, also the coffee is made with coffee bags.

We loved the environment. We liked that there was a self catering kitchen.

We stayed in the double bed dorm, the room is very small and dark with only one window. The aircon was on ALL NIGHT and very cold and noisy. There was also a sewage smell in the evening which was very unpleasant, ruining the beautiful property. The property is stunning and if we’d stayed in a private room I think our experience would have been better. We’re used to hostels and forms and have stayed in hundreds all around the world, but this one was very small, cold and dark. The bathrooms were also not well maintained or clean, they could do with some upgrading and some deep cleaning. There is also a very limited menu at the bar and breakfast. Nothing for vegans.

The 2 pools are the highlight of the property!! We stayed in a glamping tent and it was right next to the pools and nature, so beautiful to wake up to in the morning. The tent is also lovely, it has everything you need. 10/10 for the staff too, they were very helpful in getting us medical attention when my partner suffered an allergic reaction. They quickly organised a pickup service and we were in a clinic within 20 minutes. Once we returned they also checked up on us. We couldn’t be more grateful!

Can be noisy outside the tent but not much of a bother for us :)

Beautiful, peaceful garden. You can't hear any traffic, it is like a haven from the busy roads. I spent time relaxing here and swimming in the lovely pool. A quiet, relaxed vibe but still met some lovely people to hang out with. They have a water refill machine and a kitchen space if you want to cook your own meals or heat water on the stove to have a tea or coffee. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the entire hostel is very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable! Highlight for me is the garden - definitely a place for nature lovers or those who are looking for somewhere quieter and peaceful.

Super kind staff, there at every hour of the day, ready to help. Really nice and spacious beds with curtains and a bed-light which was very nice. Two outdoor pools and plenty of outdoor space to be at. The place is very beautiful and overall a very good experience. Maybe a bit distant from the center of ubud, but a 10 min walk or a quick grab and you'd be there in no time

Not enough matrasses to lay on by the pool. Dirty stuff in the common kitchen that made me not want to use it. Not very social, but that doesn't affect the score.

Clean and quiet. Beautiful garden, comfy bed. The dorm room is small but that's fairly standard. There are enough toilets and bathrooms and I didn't have to wait at all. They will keep your luggage and let you use the shower after checking out if you need to go on a tour and return there later.

Pool is really small. A bit far from most of the restaurants. And driving during rush hours (lunch, dinner) really sucks. I had to check out early (2am) to do a sunrise hike and told them the night before. They said receptionist is 24 hours but when I checked out the staff wasn't there. I understand that they might have needed to use the bathroom or something but I wish there was a way (bell, maybe) to find them rather than just wait.

The pool was heavenly!! The outdoor area is very relaxing. The breakfast I ordered was delicious. The staff were friendly.

The dorm was small which meant there wasn’t room for luggage as the lockers are for small backpacks etc. I think there should be a house rules list, because girls stayed up late chatting in our dorm and it was quite disruptive.

Was organising my next trip and received help for booking my next boat trip at a fair price. Thank you reception staff. Also while my stay although was a bit annoying not using kitchen facilities, after two days remodel was finished. Kitchen had more space to store dry food and prepare meals.

Fridge was overpacked, one more fridge would have been helpful.
