The staff are wonderful - friendly, caring, accommodating, and helped us out in many ways going the extra mile. The setting is STUNNING - you are on the cusp of a jungle type environment and the flora and fauna are amazing, as are the animals and insects you see around the ‘resort’. The bar area is so relaxed, perfect place to chill in the evenings. We wanted to start our holiday of adventures by first settling ourselves / turning off from our day to day lives in somewhere peaceful and this fulfilled. There is a shuttle bus that the hotel run a few times a day to/from Ubud city (not far) but a taxi is also not that much if you want to go at different times. The staff helped us out by coordinating day trips for us at our request (hike up Mount Batur, coffee plantation, Lemponyung and Tirtta Garden water palace) and we actually extended our stay as we liked it so much. I loved watching the chit-chats (little house gecko’s) outside but I don’t really want them in my room (which I did find on a couple of occasions), so better sealed doors would be good.

The whole hotel exceeded our expectations after reading the reviews we were left little uncertain on what to expect, but the area was really dreamy, true oasis. Every member of the staff was treating us in the best way possible and the facilities were clean and modern. Yes, the room smelled little chlorinated but for us that was a sign of it bkept clean and hygienic 😊 we are definitely booking this hotel again if going to Ubud again ❤️ We also appreciated the local food on the menu, really good!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday and cannot recommend enough. The staff were kind enough to lay out 'happy birthday' in flowers on our floor when we checked in which was a lovely surprise. Location and views are amazing and the staff COULD NOT BE NICER!! Everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating and you could easily chat to the staff for a while. We ate there for both breakfast and lunch and the food was brilliant (the nasi goreng was some of the best we had in Bali).

The bed we had was a little squeaky and we had some challenges getting the overhead shower to work so just used the handheld shower instead. Both minor things and overall a nice stay.

Lovely place with great views from the main pool, restaurant and bar.Staff where always friendly and helpful.They arranged all our transport and a local cooking class which was exceptional.The morning class is the best as you then get to visit the local market.Loved the main pool.Its not near the centre of Ubud but that's what we like.Ubud is crazy busy.The monkeys visited us in the trees outside our room.

Our honeymoon room didn't have a view others might .I also didnt find it very private.You can see the next rooms pool and verandah.The pillows where extremly large and hard.

The welcome was lovely. With a friendly smile and a really nice refreshment. The little bungalow is beautiful and clean. The toilet and shower is outside and made beautifully and is also clean (the clean it every day). The staff are really helpful and so incredible sweet. The pool and the view is gorgeous! I recommend this place in a sec. Enjoy ❤️

the hotel was wonderful, surrounded by forest, so the views were amazing. The staff were incredible, they couldn’t do enough for us and they were so lovely. We had been travelling around Australia, so went to Bali to relax for a few days and to break up the journey home. We had massages, facials a yoga class all on site which was just what we needed. The food was fantastic, we tried all sorts. They offer a free shuttle 3 times a day into Ubud which was really useful. Being in the forest meant that we were surrounded by wildlife and on our last morning we even had a family of monkeys come to our patio area. We really recommend this hotel, it was just what we needed, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The room with the direct access to the infinity pool was great! The water was clean and the resting area on our balcony was comfortable. We got a room with the best view for our honeymoon. We had a minor stomach problem and needed a drive to the local farmacy. The hotel reception was so kind and offered to take my husband to the farmacy and back. The service was great.

There were roosters somewhere close to room and they were so loud the entire day and night. The foods were a little pricier than the other hotels we stayed at.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, featuring a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the lush river valley. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with a rainfall shower and a patio with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The staff were friendly, helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's restaurant offered an a convenient dining option with delicious cuisine that combined local Balinese flavors with contemporary twists. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience that left me feeling rested, rejuvenated and eager to return again soon.

We stayed in a swim-up pool room which can be accessed by other rooms, the sliding doors don’t have privacy glass so passing swimmers would get a full view into the room and bathroom area (although the shower is separated by a wall, the sink and drying area is not).

Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the private pool area in front of our room in the middle of the jungle. The food was great - ask for vegetarian options, everything is freshly cooked and delicious! Everyone was so kind and helpful, we could also rent a scooter with helmets since the place is a bit outside the city. The massage comes with a beautiful jungle view and we enjoyed every minute! The room was nice and we really liked the open bathroom. Highly recommend!

This property is in a beautiful location a short drive from the center of Ubud overlooking a valley. The grounds are lush and spacious with villas spread out and enclosed privately. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of food at the restaurant, which also has an amazing view of the valley and you can be seated inside or outside. The location felt safe and as a solo traveller that was important to me. The property has a beautiful infinity pool and Ubud Fitness Center is a short drive. You can hire mopeds direct from the property.

I felt that there were a few things that could be improved in the villa I stayed in. For example one of the blinds in the bathroom didn’t work, the tap to the basin was loose, the menu / facilities brochure in the room was stained and pages creased and the kettle had lots of built up limescale in it. These are small things that no doubt happen due to wear and tear over time but have an overall effect on the impression of a place and feeling of care and attention. The villas themselves are spacious and set in beautiful gardens.
