The room was big, clean and well decorated. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The food from the restaurant was good and cheap. Overall, excellent value for money

Beautiful little place just outside Ubud. Walking distance to town but hotel offers to drive guests for a small fee. The unpaved road to the hotel is no issue at all (at least not during dry season). We preferred the room upstairs to those on the ground floor. Service and communication are both EXCELLENT! Lovely and helpful people all around. The manager gave us a small tour through Ubud and told us about some of the local projects they’re involved with. Great to hear from people who are looking out for the overall development of the area and local culture, rather than just in it for the profit. The whole team, from the security guy, both Risma & Ajus at the front desk also the manager Dewa were so friendly, and so helpful, we had a wedding to attend and it was during big ceremony day, they have arranged everything for me so i can be there on time while also still get to see ubud. They made my stressful day so easy, picking/driving us up from where ever we were and making sure the transfer were on time. On our hangover day after the wedding, they were also very accommodating, i cant complain about anything. Delicious breakfast delivered to our room with plenty of mineral water 😂 all of this were done with a big smile which we loved! Some guests complains about some animals in the room, like geckos, but they are meant to be all over ubud, since its located in the jungle. This is very normal and its caused by nature. Nothing to be scared of, its rather cute and beautiful! We’ll gladly come back next time in Ubud to Kandarpa

Everything was great. Rooms are cleaned every day, wifi is working ok and we haven’t had any bugs or lizards in our room (we’ve stayed on the top floor). You can also rent a bike at the property (all was in very good condition). Breakfast was good (you have 4 options, served with fresh fruits, juice, coffee/tea and croisants). Owner and staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful, especially Arisma - she is a real angel.

The road to the property is a little bit bumpy - but it’s close from the main road, so it shouldn’t be a problem for anybody. Also the view is not like in the pictures, because there is a new house next to the hotel - but it didn’t bothered us.

The staff was just amazing. They were very helpful and kind. They are the reason we would go back to this place. They made our stay. The food was also very delicious. Rooms are very comfy and clean.

Unfortunately the road was very very bad, dark and bumpy to the hotel. Also if you are afraid of frogs, geckos, lizards or snakes I wouldn't recommend to stay here. Despite that I loved every minute of our stay here I was a bit scared from all of these animals as they were in the room as well, not only around the pool.

The hotel was pleasant. It was quiet and still close to Ubud center. Accessible by foot. We had no problem for the taxis to come to the hotel. The staff was very nice. It was clean.

Only the view is no longer as beautifull because a new house is being build underneath the hotel. All in all great value for money. The breakfast is underwhelming, but in Ubud you can have breakfast in such great places that it doesn’t matter. Non regrets.

It’s very dim Inside the room, even in the day time. Linens are all with dirts. Dust on the floor if you walk barefoot inside the room. To reach the hotel, you must get through the unpaved rough small lane around 200-300 meters from the Main Street. The portion of breakfast is very small.

- The room is spacious and has a nice balcony; - Good food and pool; - They have scooters for rent at a fair price; - They will book activities for you (we did the mount Batur trekking).

- The sofas around the pool are outdated and dirty (due to weather conditions – they not the most suitable for the pool area; - AC was not very efficient due to its location in the room; - The access road is terrible so, at times, it was very hard to get a Grab to go down there.; they offer drop of & pick up at the center for 50K idr; - No cocktails served in the bar at the time of our stay.

This hotel was beautiful, the pool was almost like having your own private pool due to the small amount of rooms, the food was excellent quality and always cooked fresh, and the staff were amazing, can't wait to stay here again.

A little hard to find and had to walk along a very windy rocky road in the dark when returning in the evening

Good location. Even though the road that leads to the hotel is not well maintained, but the car and bikes can reach it easily. The staff was very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and decent. The view from the balcony is of the pool. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

There was some construction nearby and a bit noisy. Which was not really annoying because most of the day we were not in the hotel. The breakfast options and quality of the food can be improved.

Good location outside of centre of Ubud, loved how quiet and peaceful it was to stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and very helpful and restaurant served good food. Thank you!

We personally loved the quiet and peaceful location but it was almost necessary to take a grab/taxi/scooter to reach other locations.
