Good old 3* hotel, in good condition. Free underground parking is an asset. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is regular, just a bit too early.

We asked for one double bed but got two single beds stuck together with the gap in the middle. Not very convenient. Management preferred to put al visitors on one floor, as a result it was crowded and noisy despite it was a low season. I went to another floor to find it completely empty and dark. I can't really blame them for it, it is their right to optimise cleaning etc, but it was not comfortable for us. One of us is Israel resident, while other isn't, they asked documents for both of us and charged the VAT for the whole room, the only hotel of where we stayed to do so.

The hotel is clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as it is a few minutes walk to the Old City of Nazareth where there is so much to see and do. Parking underground was a bonus as there are buses 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the malls or the old city center. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was okay - not a huge variety but more than enough to choose from and edible. TV channels in the room were not of a wide selection, but didn't really matter as most of the time is spent outside. Quite a bit of noise from the main road outside but as it was only 2 nights, we managed.

Very nice and helpful staff, something that is not easy to find in the country. Very spacious breakfast area with plenty of variety. Although it is not in the center it does not take long to walk to the most important points of the city. Very good parking for customers, free.

If you want to have breakfast early, it becomes complicated since it fills up with groups

The hotel is in the center of the old city. Easy to find it. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. There is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is good. During the breakfast Santa Claus 🎅 was going from table to table wiith chocolate.

The pressure of the water was very weak in the shower. But it was ok for one night.

Location is super comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was exelent. The parking helped a lot.

The facilities are a bit old / out of date. Still they were clean. There is no power plug by the bed nor in the toilet.

clean - breakfast good - central - parking excellent and essential - staff were so nice especially Romio - very good communication on whatsapp which made my life easier . Overall all staff lovely and welcoming. Thank you for giving my parents and I a lovely stay . 😃

Staff very warm and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Lovely touch of afternoon cold drinks in the lobby. Free parking was great. Outstanding complementary chocolates in room on arrival. I would stay again with pleasure. Highly recommend.

Location is central to old city and very quiet in the night time. Staff is pleasant. Very easy to find a location.

Need little more variety of breakfast and start 6.00am is too early and finish 9.00am no good for visitors.

Excellent customer service. They gave us a room with balcony which was very nice. There was an elevator, very important. Breakfast was good. They gave us a box to take some food with us..

The rooms where little old, but still in very good conditions

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the old city. Everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was good and satisfied and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
