The grounds were beautiful. The area around the pool was lovely. The private beach. The rooms were very nice.

Sean was wonderful and very helpful. Aside from him though we found the staff to be below average. For example, we asked the beach boy for towels, he basically yelled at another boy to help us. He brought us two small towels. When we left the property, we dragged our luggage and put it into our car. Even though there were three employees at the front desk, No one helped. Similarly, in the dining room, I mentioned that some of the food did not have spoons for serving at the Buffet. No one seemed to care, and no spoons were retrieved.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. There is no shortage of comfortable furniture, and the large waterfall shower head in the room was a plus. Guests were treated to a live musical performance in the evening, which was really very good, and a yoga session was on offer in morning. As Booking guests entry into the spa was included, which we didn’t originally realise. There is a very large jacuzzi (with a view of the lake) and both wet and dry saunas. Staff were very helpful every time we needed them. The hotel was quiet which was nice, although that could have been because we were there on a Monday. Would definitely come again :)

There were some orange stains on our duvet when we arrived. Some of the welcome information was out of date (on the winter timetable). It said the pool closes at 16:00, but actually it closed at 18:00.

The property is exceptional, and the staff upgraded our room to make it special because I was celebrating my pre-wedding mother-daughter vaca and my mom's birthday. They made us feel very special. The spa was amazing and we had incredible massages. The pool area, the cocktails, and the decor are so beautiful. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely come back.

The room was great but the shower only has a half door which meant the floor got soaked every time we used it. Small price to pay, but just something I hope the hotel takes note of. The service at the pool area was not great and as mostly English speakers, we found the level of English speaking of the staff in some areas of the hotel was quite poor and made the experience more challenging for us to get the information we needed about menu items, etc and to communicate with them. While the breakfast was exceptional, we made a reservation at the hotel restaurant for dinner Lotte and it was quite disappointing... It was the only mediocre meal we had in all of our 5 weeks in Israel and it had been recommended to us. Not sure if they were just having an off day but...

The hotel have a private beach, the staff are nice Everything was very clean There are a lot of places to sit near the pool and the beach The hotel is very quiet and have no kids, that's nice 🙂 The room and the bed are comfy and very clean The hotel provided snacks and drinks at noon for free :) There are cold water near the pool for free

On Sunday there was a lot of people on the restaurant in the morning and there was not enough staff to service drinks On the first night the air conditioning didn't work and on the next day they fixed the issue. The prices in the hotel's restaurant are very expensive and the food is not that good and too small in my opinion..

The interior was very stylish, I loved the decor. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of room. Having the private beach and the morning pilates and yoga was fantastic. The manager of the hotel was very receptive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was the best I've ever had!

Guaranteed we stayed during the holiday of sukkot, but i was disappointed that I couldn't get a cappuccino for breakfast on Monday morning. A sign saying what hot drinks are available at the bar would have been good. And one of the towels by the poolside had a stain

Very nice hotel on the waters edge but no beach in front .Very modern and bright feel Car parking was very good .Staff were generally helpful especially reception and activities desk.

Restaraunt dinner and breakfast had strange choices compared to other Isreali hotels so opted for steak for dinner which was good but expensive We were upgraded to large balcony room with jacuzzi but no privacy as neighbours both sides and above good see us and we could hear them .

Really outstanding. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean. The views were amazing. The staff were very friendly. The best part was the food though. Even though it was Pesach the breakfast was wonderful and we ate one night in the restaurant too which, again, was absolutely delicious!

The garden room with jacuzzi was phenomenal, however, the terrace with the jacuzzi is not private AT ALL. All the connecting rooms can see everything and even above us there were balconies looking directly onto the jacuzzi area. Some privacy between these rooms would have been very welcome. It would not take much at all to make this experience much more private. Some simple bamboo fencing between the terraces would have been enough.

in simple words - it was WOW all is amazing and more than expected, we had a wonderful experience at the Gali Keneret. i will start from the staff in the lobby, they are all great, in the check- in was Aya (the name that was on her label) she was so kind and she go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. High quality rooms and servicer and the staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a wedding anniversary with the marvelous view to the keneret lake . I will definitely stay there when I come back! Thank you so much Gali Keneret

basically all was great

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Nimrod, the reception manager had called me prior to our arrival, and I mentioned that we'd honeymooned at the hotel 51 years ago! We were upgraded to a gorgeous, larger than standard room, with nibbles and bathroom treats awaiting us. The breakfast was outstanding, with "champagne" on ice freely available.

Friday night dinner was beautifully served, offering the mini "tasting" style of many items and courses of a huge variety of cooked and fresh vegetables, as per their Chef, Asaf Granite. The main course, however, was disappointing. The meat was stringy and overcooked, the chicken was dry, and the lamb chops had far more fat than meat.

The setting was amazing ...extremely well received by Hotel staff. Food at Hotel restaurant was very good and Hotel was well kept and clean.

I thought Hotel would be a little more modern , especially in the new wing. This comment should not detract from what I have written above .
