This is a wonderful and really high-quality Jewish Hotel near Gennesaret lake. The hotel is absolutely wonderful because there is a Jewish woman at the reception who can speak 7 different languages and she talks about different things wonderfully and wisely. Likewise, the kitchen staff is wonderful under the leadership of the kitchen manager, and the kitchen manager will dance with you when he dances Shalom Shalom. And the hotel has a great swimming pool where children can have fun. I will come back.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted with such warmth and care. At the reception, we immediately got our room and received a much larger room we paid for. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean, with a beautiful view. Whatever we asked for, we got right away. The service was perfect. In the morning, they took care of us. Made us coffee even though it was after breakfast. The staff was so kind and friendly. They took care of all of our needs. Eden made us coffee around 4 times and was so hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling up north.

The hotel upgraded us to a suite room which was bigger, good looking with a balcony to the pool. the bath was Luxurious. the inner hotel looks very good, clean, modern and tidy.there is good mini refrigerator and nice lights.

the bed had only 2 single blankets even due that the bad was double size, so it wasn't comfortable for a couple. some of the channels on the t.v didn't looked tuned. a.c have very short working time and very long pauses between each working cycle.there are lots of disturbing noises from outside the room which coms up from the lobby downstairs, it really bothered.

We came at October the 7th and stayed two nights longer than we have planned because the staff and the owner made us feel very safe. They told us where to go safely, they even invited us for breakfast. The pool area was very relaxing. We wish you all the best, we hope there will be peace very soon and people can enjoy the hotel and its surroundings again.

Room was spacious, clean, with balcony. Breakfast was very good was lots of choices. We only stayed one night and not in peak travel season , so the place was very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking.

Property is further from waterfront (the main attraction in Tiberias) than i expected. We drove there (yes, it's very busy and no parking). This is really not a negative comment, just manage your expectations.

The room was nice and very clean, comfy bed, good shower, beautiful porch (we were upgraded to a nicer room without even asking). Even though there was a large group of young people it was quiet at night.The hotel isn’t close to the centre but it wasn’t a problem. it was about a 20 minute walk.

The only bathroom amenity is liquid soap. No shampoo, etc. Not a huge problem as I had brought my own but it felt missing. The coffee tray doesn’t have any whitener included. we went down to the dining room to get a bit of milk so we could have coffee.

Gentle and dedicated staff always ready to help you especially Mr Ziad on front desk. Perfect comfy and beautiful rooms with nice balcony and bathroom. Convenient and beautiful swimming pool and free parking lot included. Also if you will stay there please don't forget to feed a lovely white and tigered 3 months lonely kitten at the entrance steps of the hotel (and ADOPT Him if you can) Having lost his mother he really deserves it! (see picture below)

Food was excellent and plentiful. Staff were courteous and addressed issues rapidly - were eager to make up for errors. Pool was clean and area was well-staffed. Lobby area was comfortable and had games and books. Hotel had interesting history which was made known via pictures and captions.

Bathroom was a little dark - lighting and shower curtain needed some cleaning. Location was partway up the hill which made strolling the neighborhood a little difficult.

Very nice room, spacious, modern and comfortable. Good facilities and location.

External building is a bit run down. The food was average, a fitness center would have boosted the rating.

The breakfast was really lovely and the chef made us a fresh omelette every day. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

They only provided a dinner option on our first night because there was a big group staying….but we found a petrol station (!) that did AMAZING food ten minutes walk from the hotel.
