Amazing hospitality. A wonderful surprise. First a warm greeting and fresh brewed coffee with super attention from Chaim at the front desk made me feel very welcomed. In my room I received a handwritten welcome, 2 water bottles, excellent coffee service with beautiful big china coffee mugs and stylish spoons, along with sink and counter space for food prep and oh yes, a fridge! I was fortunate to have a balcony with lovely wicker chairs and table and enjoyed both sunset and sunrise there. Bathroom was well appointed, comfortable clean bed, excellent lighting. I have 10+ years in hospitality in my background so when I find a lovely jewel like this hotel, noticing all the small touches that add up to a very pleasant stay are especially appreciated!

The location is close to the beach and the main attractions. It is located in the city centre and close to restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a very good quality and a fair price. Rooms are comfortable and quite big. The staff is polite

Excellent location. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, pubs on the famous Dizengoff avenue. Very friendly hotel staff will always help you if you have any questions. I was very pleased with the round-the-clock availability of coffee and wine hour. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. It was very nice to find a surprise in the form of a bag of sweets. Loved getting a towel before going to the beach

The only thing that puzzled me was that the bathroom was not sufficiently isolated from the rest of the room. This may require some extra organization on your part to keep some privacy =) I would add some kind of sliding door. Everything else was great.

The hotel is in a great area, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around, beach is just 5 min walk. Very convenient near by stop for the airport bus as well. The staff was polite and friendly, Jana checked us in and she was amazing, such a lovely person.

Overall it was a good, small hotel, but in desperate need of some repairs. The wall/paint was peeling off, some little things as outlets, handles were dirty. We’ve noticed it was dirty in a lot of restaurants as well so maybe this is a typical thing. For the condition it was this hotel I think the price was a bit high, but Tel Aviv is not a cheap city.

Good location of hotel - 8 minute walk to Gordon beach. Plenty of bars / eating places on Dizengoff . Very friendly and helpful staff, who spoke pretty good English and provided lots of information at check-in. Although we had a late check-in there was somebody on Reception so we didn't need to do the on-line check-in after all. Free tea/coffee/water available in Reception 24/7 (except when Reception (occasionally) wasn't manned!!) Daily Happy Hour - 18.30 - 19.30 - with free red wine / snacks. Towels changed daily. Plenty of toiletries. Free beach towels available on request. Free bottle of sparkling wine and 2 bottles of water on arrival. (Effective) fridge in room.

Unlike the photo of the bedroom on Booking.com there wasn't a full length window, nor even a normal sized window. We had a tiny thing above the wash-basin area (in the bedroom). There wasn't a wardrobe as such, or drawers - it was a railing above some open shelving with 2 hangers.

It was a short and comfy stay. Staff were very friendly and informative. Location is in the center of many unique stores, restaurants and bars and convenience stores. Overall, nice experience for a fair price. Would definitely choose again if I were to stay in this location.

The hotel has great location - many restaurants and bars around. Beach is just 8 min walk, they give you free beach towels that was very handy. The room was clean and big enough. I liked voucher for the breakfast and that I could use it till 15:00.

My room had a door that was closed but led to another hotel room. And isolation was very poor, I could clearly hear what my neighbors were talking about.

The hotel could not have a more central location (Dizengoff and Gordon); everything you can wish for is either within walking distance (the beach, stores, museums) or easily reachable through public transportation (the airport, the train stations). The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The room I had had a fantastic balcony, plenty of space to store luggage and clothes and a kitchenette. There is a good coffee machine at the reception area, too.

Very central, great location. You have everything around. Very reasonably size of the room, nice balcony. Comfy bed.

The evening staff were friendly but seriously not professional. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to get to reception, another 15 mins to do the checkin, they didn't know how to use the system and had many discussions about it.. After this long procedure, when we reached the room the keys didn't work. We came back, she fixed the key and asked me to call reception if I successfully entered the room.. Besides investing half an hour of our time on the process, it was kind of funny really.
