Staff very friendly and good client service, I was upgraded to an executive room, recently renovated, right at my arrival, very nice and spacious. Nice and cozy SPA/heated swimming pool/jacuzzi area, I had a very good massage. the jacuzzi water was a bit too hot for me.

unfortunately my 3 nights stay in this hotel was completely ruined by night noises which resulted in sleep deprivation for the three nights. Someone was going in and out of nearby rooms (slamming the doors) every 20/30 min from 3 am to 7 am. Hotel was very concerned about my well being and offered a refund, .

Great location. Phenomenal food. Amazing staff. And it’s much better value for cost compared to comparable hotels in the area.

Like all hotels in the area, it’s expensive.

The location is very convenient. It is at the heart of Tel Aviv, and just a few meters to the sea. The room had a great sea view. It was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was very clean. House keeping was perfect. Breakfast was impressive. This is a very well maintained hotel. No matter when I visited the restrooms at -1 floor, it looked as if they were very recently cleaned. So, thank you! And thanks also to our wonderful receptionist EDEN, who was very helpful. Nothing really.

The service is impeccable. The entire team offer an exemplary level of attention to every aspect required to ensure an outstanding stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is terrific and especially from the suites, the views across the beach and Ha Yarkon are fabulous. The breakfasts are feasts and offer a full array of culinary dishes to satisfy every taste and dietary requirement.

The hotel was outstanding on so many levels, it is difficult to think how there could be any improvement. For me personally, the only aspect that I did not like - was having to leave!

Great breakfast with a super food stand!, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, and of course location! We celebrated our anniversary and the complimentary surprise was lovely!

Very dirty balcony!! The a/c was only on heating mode and it was extremely hot in the room during the night, long waiting time to receive your car keys from the concierge, the daily cleaning is not good enough and we had to ask for new towels almost everyday (we hang ours for not replacing it but they kept taking them everyday and not putting enough new ones in return). The pool and spa were under maintenance so we couldn't try that but the gym is basic but good

amazing location (-2 floor you directly access the beach) great renovated rooms enough spaces to store your clothes bottles of water offered every day room service available beach towels available we would really recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a central location and beach stay

smart tv in the rooms but blocked access to all smart tv features such as Netflix etc. for a longer stay it could be nice to enable it the friendliness of some staff members could be improved :)

We had a brilliant time in the Crown Plaza hotel. I went with my 2 daughters ages 13 & 7 for 2 nights but we feel as though we have been away for a whole week as it was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and beach each day. Also we walked to the port which was really nice, you can walk one way to Jaffa port or the other way to the Namal port along the beach. We ate in the hotel on friday night and it was delicious also the breakfasts were amazing too. So much variety and delicious food choices. The location is fantastic, literally a stones throw from the beach . The staff are so helpful and friendly . The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely love to return. Thanks for a brilliant time.

The only thing i could say that could be improved is a slightly better selection of food for Shabbat lunch with something for kids such as a plain cheese sandwich with crisps and vegetable sticks and a yogurt or something like that as my children didn't really like any of the options. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. the newly remodeled rooms are comfortable. the shower is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel ever. the elevators are super fast and optimized.

It’s a relatively old hotel that shows its age yet tries its best to keep up appearances. some areas are in urgent need of TLC like the jacuzzi that is old and small. It’s not cool or hip by any measure but it’s a good value and you can’t beat the location!

I liked the perfect location, that there were a lot of options for the breakfast that was served, the hotel rooms are very clean, and the staff always assisted us with whatever we needed. The reception and concierge staff were especially helpful, friendly, and kind to us during our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

The gym was a little bit small and didn’t have much equipment to use, but that’s all.

The hotel has a superb location and has direct access on to the beach. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and provide a great service. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The room felt a bit dated. I had dinner in the lobby bar, but the choice and quality of the food could be better. There should be more seats in the hotel lobby area.
