Stylish room; size of the room was fine; bed was large and comfortable; balcony was a nice extra; bathroom was great -- roomy shower, place to put toiletries, good lighting; coffee machine was fine; it was very useful to have an iron and ironing board; the young lady at reception when we arrived (from the north of Israel, sorry -- don't know her name) was very sweet.

The electronic lighting panel. How much better it would have been with simple switches for each of the lights, both for the room and for the bathroom! Having bedside reading lights on a small table would have been far preferable (so that if one person were to wake up early they could read without disturbing their partner). Furthermore, the lighting panels were all visible at night in an otherwise dark room -- not conducive to sleep. It would have been nice to have the option of a cup of tea (there was a kettle in the cupboard) as well as coffee.

Great hotel in central Tel Aviv, right on Dizengoff street. The staff all great, but a huge shoutout to both Dave and Ziv, both super helpful and welcoming all throughout! I’ll be back because of them. The hotel is surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants including Cafe Popular in the hotel itself! Will be staying here on my next trip to TLV!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Whenever we needed recommendations or help, they were always available and accommodating. Also the location is very nice and central, with everything you need around the corner. The rooms are small but clean and with all the amenities that are needed. We can definitely recommend and will come to stay again. Loved the experience and everything that came with it.

I have stayed at Jacob Samuel 3 or 4 years ago. I liked it so I gave it another try but this time... !!!! At arrival without even requesting it, they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room ( I had the small comfort room) Amazing comfortable very clean room, great nespresso coffee machine, beautiful balcony with chairs. Very comfy bed, bathrobe, sleepers and anything you need. They would add more coffee pods everyday and give me complementary bottles of water everyday as well. What crowned the stay as best ever was the fact that check out time was 11am. My flight was at 11pm that day. I asked the manager Yaniv if I could have a late check out expecting to be granted an hour or 2 at the most. Well to my delight he offered me to move to a smaller room but i could stay as long as I needed, meaning I could rest and leave right to the airport, at the time I needed to. That is called going the extra step to help a guest. i was so happy I can recommend this place to anyone for sure and looking forward to staying there again. - Clean, modern rooms - Located right on Dizengoff street near bars and restaurants which made going out in the evening very convenient - Breakfast is not served by the hotel, instead you get vouchers for two breakfast spots right next to the hotel, both were great (one has American style breakfast and the other super tasty sandwiches).

- This is a boutique type hotel so everything is very small, including the rooms, which was fine for us but it needs more places to put your stuff on, like shelves, little tables, something in the bathroom etc. - On our first night there was some construction going on outside (they were working on the new subway lines from what we understood) and the sound in the room was quite loud due to no proper soundproofing. - A few times, in the middle of the night, the shower started dripping all of a sudden, even though it was properly turned off, and it was loud enough that it woke us up. We couldn't stop it so we placed some towels right underneath to cancel the noise. It would stop on its own after a while but still, quite disturbing.

Great location, great staff, we got an upgrade for a room with a balcony.. thank you for that 🙏very comfortable bed ,great shower pressure, really great home automation ( lighting, climate, curtains).

The room is very small as well as the wardrobe… long dresses would not fit properly in there )) although quite modern some renovations would be welcomed ;)

Breakfast: The American restaurant was good. The 'French' restaurant did not offer breakfast! They offered either a sandwich + a coffee OR one croisant + coffee, neither of which is 'breakfast'.

We could have been placed in a room where the balcony was not in full sun (hotel only half full on our arrival). Balcony next best thing to useless as no shade.

The exterior and interior of the hotel and the rooms are really pretty, a great location with useful public transportation, even on Saturday

The bathroom is separated from the rest of the room by non 100% sealed glass, which means you can see and hear a bit whoever is in the bathroom

The hotel is conveniently located on Dizengoff street within 10 minutes walk from the waterfront and with many shops and restaurant nearby. The room is nicely decorated, with coffee machine and water available. Breakfast is served in 2 nearby restaurants, reception will provide a voucher for you. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, better to reserve a table in advance as it is always busy: they serve nice meals and the ambience is friendly.

Allow you some extra time for check in and check out, especially if you have specific request on your invoice.

The front desk person (David) was so friendly and amazing, listened to every request and every question we had. Helped us understand the area where we are and what there's to do. Loved the hotel and the restaurant downstairs. Room was amazing and big compared to other hotels in area.
