An amazing location right in the heart of the city (restaurants and shops galore!) and so close to the beach. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Fresh sheets and towels daily and even amazing shampoo/soap constantly restocked. Wish I were still there!

The staff, especially Rachel and July were extremely friendly, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel is a secret gem in the middle of the cafes and restaurants on Dizengoff, like an oasis. The intimate lobby served cookies and coffee, and wine after 5:00 every day at no charge. There is a community kitchen that allows you to use a stove, microwave, a fridge and a cutting/preparing area and a sink. my room came with a kitchen area with a small fridge, a sink and some kitchen items and dishware under cabinet, so I really didn't need to use the community kitchen but I liked that it was there. My room was on the 3rd floor and was cleaned daily with a change of towels. July even snuck in a bottle of wine for my pleasure. I had no issues with my room and with the hotel in general and would love to stay there again. The location is awesome in that you can get to the beach in 10 min. and to the Carmel market as well by taking a bus a few stops. You can walk to Dizengoff circle and enjoy all the artisan coffee shops and ice cream/bakeries on the way. At night dizengoff is full with restaurants spilling over with guests but that did not influence my room which was very quiet. At the end of my 8 day stay, it felt like I'm leaving family and July even came out from behind the reception desk to help me get my suitcase to the corner to catch the taxi to the airport. A wonderful place to stay.

Words can not capture the experience we had at the Dizengoff Garden Hotel. The facility was beautiful, bright, and so inviting! Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. We stayed at the Dizengoff before traveling north to a much larger and well known hotel. Within the first five minutes of being at the other Hotel my husband and i unanimously agreed the Dizengoff, while smaller, was far superior. What sets the Dizengoff apart is their hospitality and genuine love for welcoming strangers and making their stay as smooth and homey as possible. We plan to return to the Dizengoff anytime we travel to Israel in the future. In an optimal location and the best staff we have met you will not be disappointed booking here!

I spent two nights in an economy single room, and then moved to a premium double room for a week. I definitely recommend spending a bit extra for the premium room, it's worth it! Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, super comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Excellent customer service, cute sitting area in the lobby with unlimited water/coffee/tea, and incredible central location. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
It would've been nice to have a pan or pot in the room since there was an electric burner, but definitely wasn't a big deal. There's also a shared kitchen that I was able to use. Overall I was very satisfied and highly recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an excellent hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, being conveniently situated in a nice place. Not only that, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs throughout my stay. I must give a special mention to Vitor, who provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a delightful experience truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, prime location, and the exceptional hospitality provided by Vitor.

There were three choices of restaurants. I believe that I have chosen the best one out of the three, though it was furthest from the hotel. As the day fell on the special remembrance day in the Jewish calendar, the restaurant can still provide good food. The hotel locates very close to bus stops where we can board a bus to go to the rail station to go to Jerusalem.
I missed the entry point in my first glance, but my wife picked it up based on the street number of the hotel. Though the sign of the hotel was not obvious to tourists, the address helps a lot in locating the hotel.

The staff, especially Yana, were super helpful when we had to alter our reservation at the last minute due to a medical issue. They were friendly, funny, and knew their stuff. There was a review from the same day that lamented that they don't speak Russian, but I wish to call out...they have several Russian speakers (including Yana), Spanish speakers, and of course, Hebrew and English. When any two staff were in the lobby, they would speak a different language from any other pairing of staff. We ended up getting three rooms, and they were able to accommodate the last minute change and keep us all together. The big rooms were big, and the small room was pretty normal. Beds are comfortable. The lobby is very homy. Location is in a wonderful Tel Aviv location...shops, restaurants, cafes, and is about 10 blocks from the beaches.

All personnel at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a very late arrival (2 AM in the morning) and check-in was no problem at all, the night portier was informed about our arrival and everything was arranged. All our questions regarding transport, security and the city in general were answered extremely well. The location of the hotel was great for our purposes, the beach within walking distance and many restaurants & cafes in the close neighborhood. Only if you want to visit the old city center, you'll have to walk a bit (approx 2 km). The hotel was nicely equipped, everything was clean and it seemed freshly renovated. We even had a small balkony at our room. I'd definitely stay at Dizengoff garden hotel again & I'd totally recommend it.

This hotel offered excellent value for Tel Aviv I was on my own in an economy double room and for one person the size was more than adequate. It may be a little compact for two people. The Staff were excellent, the communal kitchen, free coffee and "happy hour" were major bonuses. My only complaint was the smell from the drainage in my room 402. It was a strong smell worse in the evenings and mornings. I complained about it, and for 1 day it was tolerable, but after that it was horrible. What a shame, because this is a delightful small friendly hotel to stay in with staff who were a credit to the management, especially Johanna.

I really liked the service for check in. I came very very late and was welcomed well. Also the communication with the staff was perfect. The staff was so friendly, they even let me check out so that i could sleep a abit longer due to my late arrival. The staff also helped me and gave me advice on how to continue my trip to other city. I am very happy with the help I received. Very professionate and kind staff! Am happy to return next time!
Nothing! All was good!
