The flat is really central located close to one of the main market of the city. I would come back there. But I am giving a 8 because for me it was not perfect.

The flat overall is good it matches the pictures that correapond to the room you select. Few points to notes: - The kitchen was missing basic stuff like a toaster or cereal bowls. And there is literraly nothing already there to help you cook such as salt or peper (even though they have a decoration with salt and pepper they were empty) - The water pressure was not constant. A bit annoying when taking a shower. - The gym is very minimalist but this is fine I would actually advise to just train on the beach there is a lot of training areas. Also there was no wifi in the gym. - Be careful when booking services such as airport transfer via the host as I ended up paying a different price between what was communicated earlier and the arranged taxi (10% surcharge).

These apartments were fantastic. We stayed in a 3-bedroom with our three young kids, travel crib was provided and beds were extremely comfortable. The space was modern and so clean, and more amenities provided than a typical travel apartment. Water pressure was AMAZING. Customer service was great--Master apartments kept in touch via Whatsapp and was able to help us with all our travel needs. Location was great, on a main street, where we could get anything/everything we wanted within walking distance. Adults loved the easy access to coffee shops/stores, kids loved the parks nearby. Quiet at night, despite its location on a commercial street. I am going to recommend to all my friends who travel through Tel Aviv.

I would have liked two bottles of complementary wine instead of one ;) We took their airport transfer offer, which was a bit more expensive than I hoped, but we were picked up in a huge Mercedes van that easily fit our family of five (with two carseats), and so was worth it. But seriously, no major downsides, and almost everything about the actual apartment was perfect.

The location is walking distance from most of the sightseeing places around the city. There are various restaurants around this area, the breach front is ~15 minutes walking distance. The check-in process is quick and remote. The host took good care of us, was responsive to any inquiries, generally very welcoming and forthcoming. Highly recommended.

The rooms were big and nicely decorated good air conditioning and big screen TV very clean and most important a coffee machine with capsules

was very disaponted when they called us a day befor our trip to say there was a mistake and they dont have the room we orderd with the balcony . . they did apologize and left some treats but I think they could have notified us earlier

Our apartment was super comfortable (great beds), clean and very well equipped (washer and dryer and dishwashing machine too). The communication with the administration was very easy and they were very polite. Small supermarket and an Am/Pm 3 blocks away. I would definitely would stay there again.

The only problem was that in our unit, in the master bedroom the signal for the Wifi wasn't working probably because the room was farther than the other rooms. Besides that everything was excellent.

A perfect apartment for a family of 5, great location where we could walk to most places were wanted to go to. Very comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommended. Also the staff were very helpful and allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. I also really liked how dark and quiet the apartment was in the night and early morning.

One of the showers on a couple of occasions would go cold in the middle of the shower even though the hot water light was on.

Having access to someone at all times - if not in person then by whatsapp. Of course as a tourist arriving if you haven't got wifi you may be a bit stuck. But most requests , queries were answered promptly especially in the first couple of days when you were adjusting to the set up

Having parking in central Tel Aviv was really good. I think that there should be a warning to get to the parking area a good 10 minutes before you need to leave. Once we were in a queue of cars exiting so had to wait our time and the other time someone had abandoned their car and we had to liasie with the office to lower their car before we could access ours. Was very tense as I was on my way to my mothers funeral.

We just got back from Tel Aviv where we stayed in a 4-bedroom apartment. We really liked the apartment. It was spacious, bright and clean. The bedrooms have large wide beds, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bed linen was like in hotels. The bathrooms have all the necessary toiletries. The kitchen is large, there are many chairs and it was equipped with all necessary equipment. There is a large balcony with chairs and coffee tables. Parking was very important for us. It was available in the building, equipped with an elevator system and it was very easy to use it. The landlord was very friendly and responded to all our requests and questions. In summary, we really liked the apartment and we will definitely come back again.

Disadvantages: there were not enough hangers to hang outdoor clothing (coats).

excellent and very friendly staff, nice apartment with everything needed for comfort stay, from various cooking appliances to extra towels and pillows. when we asked where we can buy coffee capsules for Nespresso machine -in 10 minutes the lady knocked our door and gave us plenty for free. will definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again in future

amazing location, super equipped apartment, very clean. it was very nice to find a 6 pack of water in the fridge, so didn’t have to worry about that the first day. didn’t have to worry about anything, had coffee, enough towels, paper towels, toilet paper and so on. small gym but good enough for my needs. staff was very helpful, professional and accommodating, which is a really big deal.

the parking. it’s not mentioned anywhere till check in, but it’s an automated parking and for the week I stayed there, I constantly had issues with that that disrupted my plans and it was just a big hassle. it doesn’t work well and malfunctioned often. I will say, the staff was VERY nice and accommodating and did their best to make up for that, I got refunded the parking fee before I even had the chance to ask for it, and they even sent me a chocolate and wine basket. it didn’t fix the issues, but it’s a nice gesture and I appreciate the professionalism. if you have a car and plan on using it a lot - I wouldn’t stay here, or park outside. personally I would stay again, just not with a car.
