Location is perfect, short walk from restaurants, bars and shops and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. They can help you book guided tour in Jerusalem, restaurants etc. Room was comfortable and so was the bed. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, truly reflecting their commitment to excellence. The luxurious ambiance and high-end amenities added a touch of sophistication to my stay. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend INK Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Location is great, 5m walk to Shenkin and Shuk Hacarmel but far enough to be quite. The room was a bit smallish bed was very comfortable and the bath/shower area was big. We did not try the restaurant.

The Pool on the roof looks OK but the surroundings on the roof are a bit sparse. Staff was nice, but on more than one occasion there was nobody at the front desk and I had to wait 2-5 minutes for help. Once a person arrived they were very helpful.

We chose this hotel due to great reviews on the stuff. The reception staff was not so kind and service oriented as expected. The room size was smaller than expected. There was a lot of noise in the reception. The room was very nice and well equipped but the coffee kit didn't include an option of tea. And... When I requested an extra towel I got a dirty towel with holes....

The hotel is very clean, quiet, safe, near to shops open 24h/24, near to the market, bus stops, the breakfast is amazing and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. The staff is very gentle and speak perfect english, we had complimentary beers and coffee in the room.

Maybe the price a little bit high but it’s not an issue of this hotel per se, it’s more due to the fact that shekels are very strong compared to euros.

The hotel is a perfect place for a holiday as well as a business stay. The nice, calm room with a spacious bathroom provides you with relaxation after an exhausting day. It is situated in the very center of Tel awiv, what makes you a great opportunity for walking around, especially in the evenings or at nights, for TA never sleeps :) Apart from delicious breakfasts we strongly reccomend dinners in the wonderful restaurant. Amazing sushi together with fantastic fish and desserts made our stay unforgettable. However, it is always people, who you remember most. We send via this post our best greetings to Mr. Matan Cohen, who - like an angel - was always there for us. His attitude to guests and patience is just unbelievable. Thank you! Location is in a mostly quiet neighbourhood just off Allenby. The design is unusual, cleverly respecting the historic library that once stood on the site, in a very contemporary way. The hotel uses very modern technology, from the underground robotic parking to the elegant lighting and lifts. The management team are welcoming, efficient, charming and clearly love their work. The chic downstairs bar and Asian restaurant attracts a young, smart clientele night after night. The served Israeli-style breakfast is a refreshing contrast to the traditional corporate hotel buffet.

The electricals in our bedroom were sophisticated and ultra-modern; I would just have appreciated some simple instructions in how to get the most from them.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. A relatively new boutique hotel that when planned, understood the meaning of genuine hospitality and service which was well executed. The hotel staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel at home (thank you!!!! :-) ). The breakfast was outstanding! Usually, hotels offer extensive buffets with an abundance of low-quality food. At the Ink hotel, breakfast is menu based with an excellent variety of tasty dishes. The location is excellent. We will be coming back!!!

I wouldn't call it "didn't like", but it would have been nice if bottled water was offered on a daily basis in the room and a small carton of milk for the coffee - there is a coffee machine. However, it is really no big deal, since there are plentiful places to purchase both in the area.

One of the best hotels I have ever been in my life. There are very unique things about the hotel, but the main one by far is the people and service they provide. Ranging from the reception, to the restaurant, lobby and everyone in the hotel, they always make you feel like you are at home (especially thanks to Matan and everyone in the reception). Besides this, the location is amazing, on a very quiet street but at walking distance of the top locations in Tel Aviv. Food is incredible, Sun Young restaurant has a wide range of Asian dishes and their breakfast feels like you are going for Brunch to one of the fanciest restaurants in your life. I am really looking forward to coming back as soon as I can, many thanks for making me feel like at home Alvaro

Everything was perfect

The staff was super nice, professional and patient. The breakfast was excellent! There were some guests that didn’t approve of the Eggs Benedict, but they were superb, as well as the staff’s professional response to those claims. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. The food was excellent, as well as the service. The room was clean, the bed super comfy, and the toiletries eco friendly, which is super nice. As a local, I can also say that it’s located perfectly in the heart of the city, allowing visitors to fully take advantage of their stay in the city. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.
