We had very nice invitation with tha glass of cava & also personiliesed welcome message in the room. The staff was there 24/7 and ready to help with any problem (e.g. they booked a trip for us to Dead See). In the room was very cosy bed, AC worked well (but little bit too loud for me). In the closet was a small safe for your treasures ;) The room was cleaned daily if you want, so clean bed sheets and towels every day. I like free jacuzzi on the roof & coffe machine at reception

In the bathroom was few places with mold

This is my kind of hotel. Good sized rooms, super comfortable bed, furnished nicely with some quirky accessories throughout the hotel. Location is perfect being close to the beach, Carmel Market and some of the best areas of Tel Aviv. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but plenty of great places nearby so not a problem and there is a tea/coffee station open 24 hours. Love the jacuzzi on the roof, great to relax in after a hard day being a tourist. Staff are also friendly and helpful, this is one of my favourite hotels.

Nothing, don't change a thing

It was a lovely quaint hotel. It’s in a great location. Close to everything yet not on a Main Street

I stayed in the largest room. The king suite. Room size was great. For me I much prefer a stand alone shower. Unfortunately the shower is inside the bathtub surrounded by a curtain that touches your skin as you are showering. And the A/c was just adaquate. I like the room much cooler than the a/c was able to handle.

There were more amenities in the room than expected. The location is very good actually, in a quiet place near to the daily bustle of Carmel Market. One can get around town pretty well using buses once you get a card and figure out the routes. Very nice rooftop deck and jacuzzi, and nice ground patio in front to relax with or without coffee.

Room is a bit 'snug' in size. Not really a problem if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in it...... Get outside instead

Early check-in. Great location. Close to the most famous places. We could leave our luggage at the hotel reception for couple of hours before our way home.

The bathroom was not clear enough, especially bathroom floor. Also it is worth to mention the room cleaning is starting early morning around 7 AM which to noisy

Hotel was really nice, clean, modern and the location was really nice. The room could have been a bit bigger, but for few nights being in the room only for sleeping it is sufficient. Really nice was the rooftop terrace. ;-) The breakfest was really delicious, but unexpectedly there is no breakfest restaurant in the hotel. Café Lucia was perfect!

Any information about the breakfest not being in the hotel itself but in the surrounding cafés. You will get a separate voucher to go to the nearby café.

Bakery Valery has an awesome 😎 coffee ☕️ table with an excellent coffee ☕️ bar for you too if you’d rather go on your bike 🚲 trip or not go out and enjoy 😊 and I hope to get some of that for your next visit with us soon 🔜 to celebrate 🎊

Yuval at the reception is an amazing asset to the hotel - brilliant customer service, smiley, positive, helpful. There is a little roof top with jacuzzi that made the stay more enjoyable. Planning to be back in Israel in September and will definitely stay at the hotel again.

I don’t think there is anything I did not like.

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were small but comfortable, clean & well equipped.

The hot tub on the roof was more like a small shallow pool with some jets.

Clean room Nice and helpful staff Comfortable I felt safe here Everything necessary is available Great location - most places of interest are walking distance

Sometimes the noise from the street woke me up, but that's just life in Tel Aviv.
