Very nice hotel and also very friendly staff! We loved every minute here and the room with sea View was amazing! The breakfast was at Masada restaurant and was excellent!! The balcony was also nice. Good waterpressure in the shower and a very well equipped gym with sauna. Thanks again for a very nice vacation!

The property is very well located. A short walk across the road to the beach where you can swim, hire beach chairs and relax and umpteen places to enjoy some food. We had a one bedroom suite with a partial sea view. Suite was spacious, bed comfortable, with a kitchenette and Nespresso machine - a lovely touch was a gift parcel awaiting us consisting of a bottle of wine, crackers and biscuits as well as a bottle of grape juice and challah for the sabbath as we arrived on a Friday. The lounge area has a coffee machine and tea available any time of day. And an icy popsicle to cool off after a warm day out. This property does provide some really lovely "soft touches".

Nothing really - overall everythjng wonderful - One small mention - we would have liked a toaster to use in the kitchenette - and an implement to flip our fried eggs ...

property was good, the staff awful. good, clean spacey room, close to sea.

1. they refuse to order taxi - do it by yourself. but I can’t get gett app on my phone. 2. they took relatively bit safety deposit and it’s still not release. other hotels took 1/4 from it , and released right after leaving. 3. the room was ready but it was impossible to receive it even minutes before 15pm. they have the right. but other hotels let us enter as soon as the room is ready. 4. we’ve got paper with list of fines. we never saw it before.

Ocean front Balcony; great bathroom; Comfortable bed pillows and bed; excellent breakfast; ideal location at Tel Aviv beach ; very good coffee machine; free ice pops for child; staff was knowledgeable and helpful; wife thought hotel was 5 star. Everything worked properly all the time.

Loved the property with only negative being they cleaned the room once in the middle of the stay and room towels were only changed at that time.

Nice apartment, well laid out for a family. Excellent location across from the beach and view of the ocean. Nice shared spaces (a coffee lounge downstairs and a roof top terrace).

While its great to have staff on hand via WhatsApp - staff were not trained to help. 'look it up on google' isn't the best answer when you ask for a restaurant recommendation!! Also no clear guidance on closest supermarket or atm - really basic stuff. Everything is extra, including room cleaning or fresh towels. At the price of the apartments, that is just not good value. The room was mostly clean but window/sliding doors were not.

We loved how close it was to the beach and felt like we were in the heart of it all in Tel Aviv! Our room was very nice and spacious, decorated beautifully, and we had a large balcony to sit and watch the ocean waves. We also loved that you offered multi bedroom rooms so we could fit our family comfortably! 

The shower needs a bigger door to block the water from coming out of the shower. Every time we shower, it would make a mess on the bathroom floor. 

· I like the perfect location and overall "home staying" style in Sea Executive Suites. Nice design of the apartments. Due to a change in our schedule, we prolonged our stay in the hotel twice. The administration demonstrated their kind willingness to accommodate us, including permission to stay a bit longer after check-out time. Lovely welcoming gifts and hand-writing post-card in the room create home comfort.I made my negative report under the single negative impression of my communication just with one young receptionist. It's life. Finding good staff is a challenging task for all of us. I would have to communicate the problem directly to the manager Ms Ilanit Ram. After all, 20 mins talk with her entirely resolved our miscommunication. As a sensitive client, I plan to deliver my suggestions to Ms Ram regarding small things, but it doesn't affect my overall impression. I am fine now and plan to collect my more extensive family and come here in September as it is a very convenient place for family or friends group vacation. Sorry to mislead you initially. Consider the case a happy end.

Great location for enjoying the city and beaches to the fullest. Very nice reception and lobby. The staff provided a lot of information and accommodation rules before our arrival, so it was clear what to expect. The apartment was good, above the noisy street, but the closed windows dampened all the noise.

You have to take into account that the building stands at a crossroads (cars and buses stop, honk, accelerate). If you are sensitive to noise, you basically need accommodation in another area.

Exceptionally clean with nice smell, located right on the beach. Amazing roofgarden with day and night views. Complementary coffee, water and tea at the lobby. The staff was exceptionally helpful from day one since reservation day and responded immediately to a couple of requests we sent them. Breakfast not necessary as there are a lot of coffee shops and bakeries around.

The outside look of the building does not fully match the inside quality and professional approach of the hotel.
