prime location, highest quality, excellent food and beverage. staff is extremely polite, professional, and helpful

not enough closet space. no storage in bathrooms for toiletries, signs to spa and gym all read level 2, they are actually located on level 1. lobby restaurant does not serve lunch until 12:30 pm, no bathrobes in room, the gym is very basic and lacks proper equipment

The property is new and everything works. Service is polished. a special shout out to Tia and David at tue Concierge and Hessel and Michael at the front door … nothing was too much trouble for them.

The pool menu is shocking. Not that tue food isn’t good but so the wrong choice of food when sitting at the pool in mid 30 degrees. All one wants is a healthy option which they have on their milk menu downstairs and room service so not sure why it’s not offered at the pool. Stanislav at tue pool always ensured we were sorted with loungers no matter how busy it got.

The location and facilities are great, the venue is well suited for persons with disabilities. The restaurant, the bar and the outside terrasse are very pleasant and so is the swimming pool with the lounge area. The customer relations lady was very professional and helpful.

Quite a few of the staff are very junior and need to improve. We had a very unreliable concierge service and the room service was also not at a 5 star level - dirty glasses and empty coffee capsules were not replaced.

Breakfast was excellent even we stay 1 night for dinner was incredible but bit expsensive . Top luxury hotel in best place in Tel Aviv

Window of the hotel were not clean so view not great from your room but except that everything was perfect. Swimmimg pool was closed as well we were not inform about that.

Great facilities (pool area, gym and restaurant). Excellent location with impressive room views. Nice breakfast with wide range of offering.

Staff were not overly friendly. The check-in experience was not good. Too many lights flashing away in the room over night made it difficult to sleep.

the room view (beach) was beautiful, room was clean and comfortable, staff were responsive and friendly. breakfast was good. easy access to the beach.

Perfect location, modern , staff go out their way to please , high standard , comfortable bed -U have stayed in many Tel Aviv hotels and this is the best by far , don’t hesitate the place is perfect , restaurants are too has best food in Tel Aviv

Although the food was if excellent standard at the common , and the tastiest food by far , with high quality ingredients and excellent chef, was tastiest meal of my life but the portions are small and needed to get a cheap street shwarma afterwards to fill me , as more would have broke the bank

The hotel is immaculate and of a high standard. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall very professional and a wonderful stay in a great location. The pool is lovely with a great view. Gym is well equipped overall.

Gym could use a pull up bar. Breakfast can be managed better (waiting for tables, service not always prompt for this level of hotel).

The hotel felt like a luxurious oasis to retreat from the hot weather. The food at breakfast was sensational!

The exterior could do with a clean. The area viewed from the guest lifts was dirty with litter and rubbish in plain view.
