So we were in the hotel as the war began. The staff supported us very professionally and operative. Excellent organized shelters. The room was also very clean. There was organized a nourishing Snack/Dinner table for all the guests and pedestrians who ducked in during bombing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Brown Golden House hotel in Tel Aviv, and let me tell you, it's a game changer. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. What sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location. You've got a ton of stores right around the corner for any last-minute needs, and the beach? Literally a minute's walk away. It doesn't get more convenient than that. The vibe of the hotel is just the cherry on top. It's modern yet cozy, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. All in all, the Brown Golden House hotel is the complete package. Great service, awesome vibe, and a location that can't be beat. Can't wait to book my next stay!

Theres no breakfast in this hotel you have to go to sister hotel next door but its just next door.

The location was great, five minute walk to the beech. Being able to breakfast and use the facilities of the Brown Beech house hotel next door were a real bonus. Receptionist Marsha was a real gem and needs recognition for the great service she provides. Very helpful and professional and was the only staff member who really seemed interested in ensuring we had a good stay.

The road outside the hotel can get quite busy and noisy. Make sure you request a quiet room. The rooms are quite small and would benefit from extra clothes storage. House keeping aren’t brilliant. Shower gel was empty when we arrived and never topped up. Supply of towels and loo roll can be issue. The ladies who looked after our room never seemed happy to see us and rarely smiled or acknowledge us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Gil. Excellent location and value for money. Liked the sparkling wine on arrival. Very comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning.

Solo room is very small with hardly any storage space (no drawers or cupboards, just a rail), fine for a couple of nights but no longer. Perhaps a single bed pushed against the wall would be better than the 3/4 bed (though it was very comfortable). The bathroom although well appointed, was a bit difficult to use because of the small size. The carpet was a bit tired and hard flooring might be better (given the sand from the beach).

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is about 130 metres from the main beach boulevard, the rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and speak good English. In particular, the Night Duty Manager named Omel was particularly helpful with directions. Omel also organised our taxi at 4.30 am to allow us to rendezvous with our Tour Bus. Omel is a great ambassador for the hotel. 10/10 Omel.

Nothing really tangible. Two minor things, more lighting in the room, particularly the bathroom, and a plug for the hand basin for us chaps that like a proper shave. overall a comfortable hotel.

The hotel is jewel between all the big brands hotel in here, mainly because of its people approach. We loved the position of the hotel, it is really close to the beach. The hotel offers cool breakfasts in cooperation with Brown hotel next door. We got warm welcome by Gil and he toke care of us thoughout the whole trip. We got welcome drink, Gil helped us with all needed info about Tel aviv, restaurants and places to visit. It was really nice to chat with him in the evening when we got back from the city. We love when the places have this human element, which makes it soo special. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Brown Golden House Hotel. It is in the prime position to the beach, shopping centres and the bus station. The Manager Elina, as well as the two receptionist's I met, GIL and Jasmin were both so friendly throughout my stay at Brown Golden House Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean and always smells so lovely. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are exceptional. The breakfasts were delicious and they offer a lovely variety and great coffee :) I initially booked one night and two days at Brown Golden House Hotel but my experience there was lovely, that at the end of travellers all around Israel, I booked another three days and two nights at Brown Golden House Hotel in Tel Aviv. I will do so again when I am back in Israel this August. My whole experience at Brown Golden House Hotel was excellent and the staff were always friendly and willing to assist. - location is amazing 2 minutes walking from the beach -the receptionist was super nice and helpful with big smile -the room is very well equipped with all essentials like safe, complimentary soda bottles and clean comfortable bed. - my 3 year old enjoyed Disney Junior channel on tv. -there was parking available 10 meters from hotel which was very helpful -amazing surprising breakfast!!

The hotel is located one street away from the beach (30 seconds walk and you are there). Besides the great location, there are a few more things that make this place amazing: - Breakfast options were amazing (everything we tried was delicious) - The staff is organized, friendly, and very helpful (they made us feel very welcomed) To summarize, you get a comfortable hotel with an amazing staff and delicious breakfast options right next to the beach at an affordable price. I highly recommend it!
