Well accessible by car, parking is secure, place is quiet, Nothing to see around but if The Hotel is basically for overnight, price/quality is okay.

Some technical problem with Keycard was solved, Breakfast is only is You MUST.

I super like the coziness of the place and it felt genuinely homey. It is also aesthetic and clean. My apologies, the trip was a mix of business and leisure and we were pretty tired most of the stay to remember to take photos of the room but will surely take some the next time we stay again which will be in a couple of weeks. I loved our room (104) but wouldn't mind staying in another one. Yes, I will note a couple of things for improvement and please make sure that same are rectified, though they were nuances that we were able to see past. Had not been for those issues, I would have given a perfect rating because I really love the place - staff was so professional and super friendly and helpful; they have extended a luxury hotel experience at a cost effective rate. Real value for money. It was easy to drive to locations I needed to get to. Tried their breakfast and it was satisfying for its price. Parking was at a 'first come, first served basis' but even the Security personnel were ready to assist us in parking the car safely. We weren't able to use the pool during this stay (we will definitely next time) but passing by it constantly to and from our room, it looked consistently clean. Water pressure was so good and the amenities sufficed.

I am afraid the welcome drink was too sweet so we didn't really get to enjoy that but we do appreciate the gesture and the warm welcome at that (Thank you, Diego 💝); some of the flooring parquets by the foot of the bed were lifted and seems to be broken but good thing did not subject us to a room hazard or injury; and the second day, cockroaches (about 3 or 4) started coming out of the bathroom and we found ourselves killing them in the middle of the night when we would need to go to the bathroom and seeing them make their way into the room.

It would be unfair for me to comment, having stayed there twice. How do you know the SureStay staff and management are excellent? Simple. You don't see them unless you need them. And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Staff in the hotel are friendly and accommodating. Indoor Pool is clean The location is just right.

1. The nighshift guard is not accommodating, we were checking in, and it's raining, he won't let us park near the hotel entrance just to unload our things, for his reason that it is reserved for the hotel service car which is not there yet, client should be there priority and for their hospitality. 2. Food is not so impressive it doesn't reflect the rich, flavorful food of Kapampangan's. Servings too petite. 3. The lavatory sink drain is not functioning well, it is slow to drain, which is unhealthy. *ABOVE ARE SMALL THINGS COULD BE IMPROVED WHICH THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD ADDRESS To reach the total client satisfaction.

We liked that the room was designed and decorated in a modern yet cozy way, and equipped with a kitchenette and utensils. This was great for a small family. The location was also convenient next to Clark

The only thing about the room we didn't like was that there was no window to the outside. The window was facing the corridor. Parking outside was also limited but the front door guard was able to help us find parking and looked after our car.

The room was clean, stylish and modern. Everything we need during our stay was there. The bed was really comfy, the kitchen was so nice although we did not use it. My fave was the bathroom.

Internet connection was very slow. You could hear noises from the outside especially on the pool area. Water smelled weird when we first opened the faucets. Pressure on the bidet could hurt your bum.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of variety in menu. Big room. OK swimming pool.

Location is a bit far e.g. from S&M mall. There seems to be confusion between booking.com and the hotel regarding the (two way) airport transportation (confusion continued to exist even after customer inquiry).

Awesome bed, big fancy room, everything was quite modern and swimming pool in the hotel.

Toilet was very close to the bed and has translucent doors, not wisely designed... At the swimming pool, there was a sind that it is out of use, which was not true, and even personal was confused. It seems like they don't want anyone to use it...

Beautiful building, great staff

Slow shower drain, the floor under sink and toilet would get standing water because the shower would overflow and then the floor was not sloped enough to drain into the shower.
