I always had doubts when it came to Motel 6, but not anymore. I have stayed at the ones that are close to this property. They were awful when it came to graciousness. Their staff was inept and tried to over charge me for for several deposits while I was using a platinum credit card! I especially want to thank and commend Mary! She's the best I was exhausted and without her I probably would have slept in my car (never to do that, yet), but I could not deal with what I call The Brand X motels! Thank you for a relaxed and comfortable stay! Mmmwah

Peaceful and secure. That fact of having a security officer makes people feel safe with having their cars in parking lot secure and prevented from any crime, and also one way to go in and out of parking lot of hotel because they secure one side of gate leaving other side open is good security as well. Great customer service at front desk when checking in. And not allowed to smoke outside anywhere near hotel rooms but 25-30 ft away from premises us good for people who don't smoke and u are allowed to bring your pets with u they welcome them at hotel awesome!!

No toilet paper in bathroom or any extra one and towels missing only one hand towel available and small size can't even use to shower myself had to go buy one at store. No ice at vending machine again.

Look sometimes its a matter of a couple dollars or having to let go of a deposit which makes it impossible for some of us to stay in a room and we end up on the street. This hotel gives us a way to sleep without worrying about the police harassing us cause we are stuck out there, or being stuck in the cold. For one night we are free of worry and comfortable in a bed. So anyone complaining about walking a couple feet to get towels, pay another 150$ and have them delivered. I'm keeping my $150 and taking that walk. Thank you motel 6

What breakfast? Good safety. Friendly staff and front lobby attendant is corteous...

Reimbursement needed. Get 50% credit back to my bank account please. No lights in the bathroom! Taking a shower 🚿 without lights! I'm even struggling with severe eye disturbances and I was very tired at the time checking in. We were not given a room with good lighting for 24 hrs. The handyman came to fix the problem the 2nd day. Front desk clerk looking very bad with long hair and without proper presentation with bad looks. No uniform. No well groomed. He is very friendly anyway.

All the rooms are non-smoking upstairs should be somking room you come there to relax going in out the door go down to the park lot to much y guys at least that poeple somke by there doors are by the balcony y guys should set up a smoking area with tables in chairs the room I was in was haunted not clean enough I had to redue the cleaning over need new towels some of the towels was they have blood dingy

The staff it's nice except the one with the curly hair try to move charge me

Room comfortable beds and clean room. The way room was remodeled providing a table to eat extra mirror and closet organizer little area it's spacy area really quiet.

No towels at all to shower and u have to wait till the cleaning ladies start shift in morning. Also no ice in neither ice machines in snack room. Too strict can't have one visitor that's not right. No swimming pool access when hotel provides a big swimming pool.

Its Allright.

My next door neighbor in the middle of the night had her tv loud and she was talking and screaming really loud to her 2 pets. she had a cat and a annoying dog barking and to put a cherry on top I could hear a lil baby crying. This all happened between the hours of 9pm thru all next 4:00am early morning. Couldn't get a peaceful night sleep. I was very disappointed. I told ángel at the check in/out desk about this on my early morning checkout.

Location is great right across from trolly, no breakfast offered, but coffee is good and the cups are just the right size, instead of being tiny 6 oz cups like most motels, the cups were big enough so that you didn’t have to go back for another just to get your morning coffee fix

I was satisfied no complaints really

I liked the way Juan kept the parking lot and common areas clean of trash and fallen leaves. I liked the morning coffee and being greeted by Mary with a warm, friendly smile.

I didn't like Friday and Saturday nights, they tended to be busy and noisy, thank you for providing a Security Officer. I didn't like the room door area, paper thin, I could hear people talking, TV's or cars coming and going.

Jorge was amazing, super friendly and very helpful. He was quick to help us with the ac unit and moved us quick to a different room.

One of the towel was dirty and it looked like the floor needed a quick moping. The kid that checked us in didn't explain where our room was, could barely hear him through the thick glass window for some reason the lobby door was closed and had to check in from the outside. BUT Jorge made our stay pleasant
