This is an unexpectedly beautiful and modern hotel in the middle of an area that is mostly strip malls and residential areas. There are a lot of great restaurants and Asian markets within walking distance! We ate at a great place called Julie's Noodle that I would highly recommend to anyone staying here. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel also seemed nice, although we didn't end up eating there. Hotel room was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was nice and hot. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels but the beds and pillows here were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice comfortable hotel with a good breakfast in a ideal location for business meetings around Silicon Valley area. Bed was comfy with great blackout blinds in a good sized room. Ample parking on site and a simple quick check in process.

Some guests rubbish in hallways for more than a day which made the hallways unsightly at times. Also had to ask at reception for toilet roll on 3rd day as room had not been checked.

I’ve seen the reviews from Bookings but not many mentions this point: this place is quiet. If you have meeting to attend or simply just need a good sleep, this place is the perfect choice. For just the metric of quiet, this hotel is much better than many 4 star or 5 star hotels in San Jose. Another thing I loved is the TV, ports are not locked so you may plug in any HDMI device like switch if you like. This is rare among hotels like Hyatt. Following are common things but worth to mention: microwave oven and refrigerator are included.

Everything was clean and very nice-/modern-looking. It was also very spacious. I was most relieved that I was able to check in after 1 AM. My husband and I were driving late and I made a last-minute booking right before midnight.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work (or was very weak). The bathroom had a sliding barn door, and there was a gap wide enough to see into the bathroom and meant there was little to no noise dampening. It might not be a big deal if you're comfortable with the person you're sharing the room with, but it's something to keep in mind.

The breakfast pantry cart was fully stocked with oatmeal, coffee, tea, and nature valley bars. I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and front desk team. The cleaning professional was exceptional with her work and served as front desk support when things got busy.

I didn't like the fact that there was no public restroom available on the first floor or seating area in front or around the hotel. Given the location and extended stay accommodations it makes sense, but I did miss the ability to sit in front of the hotel and read a book.

Location was great, room was mostly clean and spacious. Staff were nice but as usual interactions were short. Like that the room have a fridge and microwave as well.

No breakfast, no water filling station, the closets one that they have was a water dispenser from a gallon Botton in the gym, so didn't meet expectation on any of these marks. As far as cleanliness of the room, I say mostly because the entrance floor tile in the room show a few spots of stained from water dropping or otherwise, that was not cleaned well.

I love that it was very clean, bed sheets were clean and smelled clean, towels were fluffy and new, won’t scratch your face when u use them lol! I love the indoor heated pool and 24 hr complimentary laundry, free parking with security, hot water when you need it, and overall cleanliness of the hotel!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I wished they spoke at least conversational english to assist customers.

Little strange that complimentary service (e.g. room cleaning, water bottle, etc.) was when asked. Also the same breakfast everyday is boring! :)

The hotel is new and clean. It's good that laundry facilities are open to guests for free (need to bring your own laundry liquid/powder). Staff is friendly. Free parking. WiFi is good. Location is good as you can walk to a big Asian grocery and a few Asian restaurants.

Breakfast is not free and it's very average.

The location was great and staff was friendly. The bedroom was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! It was a great stay overall.

The only "but" was that there was no laundry detergent when we wanted to do laundry and that there was a mix up with our arrival date and were charged "no-show" fees when they weren't supposed to be charged. However, after speaking with the staff, the charges were cancelled and everything worked out.
