Staff was pleasant. Great room

One staff member checking in guest. The wait was a bit lengthy. The location was ok, but a semi truck parked right at the first drive-in entrance (from auto-mall christy direction) made for a huge hazard. When coming out of that entrance, it was impossible to see oncoming traffic. Thus could cause a serious accident in the future. I realize that this wouldn't be the fault directly posted at IHG, but it would be comforting to know that you approached the city of Fremont Ca. In trying to establish an no parking marker of some sort at 25' or more if needed from that entrance/exit curb.

Loved our stay in this hotel. The soundproof rooms, I’d recommend as for us it was the same price with or without. Saw a lot of reviews about the noise, but we didn’t hear a thing - so the upgrade is worth it. The hotel had good facilities with a hot tub, swimming pool and the breakfast was by far one of the best ones we have had on our trip. As for the room, upgrading to executive size gave us plenty of room to eat and chill out. The bed was super comfortable, black out blinds made the sleep a lot better. The location is good as well, only a short drive to restaurants and fuel station. I’d recommend staying here if you want to travel into San Francisco as it’s a lot safer area and your car is secure with free parking.

Everything was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a good value and helped us save each day from having to go out and grab something. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, including a Costco with a gas station.

There is nothing that I do not like about this hotel.

An extended power outage in my area prompted my short stay and I found the pet friendly facility and accommodations clean and well-suited to my needs and staff to be exceptionally friendly and professional. Breakfast was outstanding.

Should probably have the slight gas odor from laundry facility on first floor checked out.

Good afternoon had a great time at this hotel. I liked everything very much. The staff is very polite and responsive. The room is clean and there is no foreign smell. The room is very quiet and we slept well. The breakfasts are quite filling and tasty. The choice of food and drinks is quite large. Thank you!

Everything was perfect because staff gave me a quiet room facing the pool instead of the freeway when i asked for this. Breakfast options were quite good.

The street has some folks living in RV's which is protected by Alameda county and not the fault of the hotel. I noted no problems regarding this.

The room was roomy and very comfortable very clean quiet bed was amazing your front desk person she was very nice and very knowledgeable

I did not like that there was no back door I was on first floor at almost the end of hall and I had to walk around the front lobby and then walk outside in the dark because I parked my car in the back so I could check on it

The staff were so kind and friendly. We all really enjoyed the breakfast. Also, the beds were so comfy and the rooms were very clean. The showers were also pretty good for a hotel. I do like how it's so close to shopping and restaurants.

I think something that would be nice would be a small dining table in the corner of the room. There is a desk and table under the tv, but it's a little awkward. Not a big deal though. It would be nice if there was an ATM machine at the facility as well.
